Sea of Thieves Larinna Black Market October 2026: Cosmetics, Location and Doubloons

Pirates celebrating at a Sea of Thieves outpost in official game artwork

Sea of Thieves Larinna Black Market returned with October’s Bilge Rats Weekender, offering another way to spend Doubloons on cosmetics from earlier seasons. The event ran from October 16 to 19, bringing ten returning cosmetics to the Bilge Rats Black Market. Rare’s event page now marks the Weekender as finished, so check the current in-game stock before planning a purchase.

If you sailed into an Outpost and couldn’t find Larinna standing outside, there’s a simple reason. She moved into the tavern during the Weekender. Rare confirms that Larinna moved inside the tavern during the Weekender. Outside of these events, she usually stands near its entrance.

Where to find the Sea of Thieves Larinna Black Market

The Sea of Thieves Larinna Black Market is accessed by speaking to Larinna at an Outpost tavern. During Bilge Rats Weekender events, she sits inside, so head through the tavern door and look for her there. The Black Market is advertised as a Weekender shopping opportunity, so the availability of its returning stock after the event should be checked in-game.

Talk to Larinna and open her Black Market inventory to browse the items available for Doubloons. You won’t find this stock in the ordinary clothing shop, and it isn’t the same as the Pirate Emporium’s selection purchased with Ancient Coins.

Sea of Thieves Larinna Black Market October 2026 items

The October Sea of Thieves Larinna Black Market rotation has ten highlighted returning cosmetics, from a bone-themed jacket to a new chance to get an older emote. The selection covers separate clothing slots, letting you pick individual pieces for an outfit instead of buying one complete costume.

Returning cosmetic Type
Jacket of Boneward Blade Jacket
Warring Seas Trousers Trousers
Spider’s Venom Hat Hat
Bloodstone Dragon Eyepatch Eyepatch
Hungering One Hunter’s Pegleg Pegleg
Famous Pirate Gloves Gloves
Master of the High Seas Hair Hairstyle
Shadow Tide Beard Beard
High-Spirited Spin Emote Emote
Tailor’s Apron Clothing (Pirate Legend required)

Those are the featured additions for October. Larinna can also carry older returning items, so have a look through the full shop before using all your Doubloons. It may be worth putting together a shortlist of the cosmetics you actually want rather than purchasing the first familiar name.

How much do the October cosmetics cost?

The Sea of Thieves Larinna Black Market takes Doubloons for the returning cosmetics. Prices appear on the individual cards when you open her inventory. Rare’s official October event overview does not publish a complete item-by-item price list, and the in-game shop is the place to see what each piece costs before you commit.

There’s no need to convert your savings to Gold or Ancient Coins for these particular purchases. If you’re short on Doubloons, the Bilge Rats’ rotating Voyages and Challenges give you ways to earn more when another Weekender comes around.

What happens to Larinna’s Black Market after October 19?

The October Bilge Rats Weekender finished at 10am UTC on Monday, October 19, or 11am BST in the UK. Its special Voyages, Challenges and Reaper Fortress Mega Stash opportunities were tied to that window. Rare’s announcement confirms the Sea of Thieves Larinna Black Market for the Weekender itself. It doesn’t specify how long the highlighted October stock remains purchasable after the event.

If Larinna isn’t in her temporary tavern seat now that the event has finished, check her usual position by the entrance. The returning item list was published in Rare’s September release notes, including the Pirate Legend requirement for the Tailor’s Apron.

How to earn Doubloons for the Black Market

The Bilge Rats Weekender’s two event Voyages offered rewards for crews willing to run Smugglers’ Doubloon Run and Recovery of a Secret Shipment. The event also featured tasks set by the Bilge Rats and a special Reaper Fortress Mega Stash opportunity, with a Doubloon reward for completing a fortress even without the rarest stash.

Those October 16–19 activities have now ended. For anyone who missed the window, keep an eye on the next Bilge Rats Weekender and Rare’s Events Hub. Sea of Thieves regularly offers other opportunities to earn Doubloons, so you can save ahead of the next rotation.

Is the Black Market different from Duke’s Smugglers’ Market?

Yes. The Sea of Thieves Larinna Black Market focuses on returning items from previous seasons. Duke runs the separate Smugglers’ Market, which involves tracking him down and is advertised as another Doubloon shopping option during Bilge Rats Weekenders.

Larinna is the easier merchant to find because her location is tied to Outpost taverns. Duke’s whereabouts are part of his own event activity, so don’t go looking for him when the item you want belongs to Larinna’s listed returning cosmetics.

What’s next after the Sea of Thieves Larinna Black Market October rotation?

Rare’s October 22 update brings Outfit Saving to the Clothing Chest and restores the original Golden Sands Outpost as a Legendary Location in Custom Seas. Both features can be useful if you’re collecting new looks or fancy visiting a familiar island, but neither requires buying something from Larinna to unlock it.

Check Larinna’s current stock at an Outpost before spending Doubloons on a particular outfit. The October rotation brought back ten cosmetics, and the Tailor’s Apron is reserved for Pirate Legends.
