Another option opens on November 12 at 04:00 GMT. That’s when the Unite Coin Exchange, login bonuses and battle missions begin. Instead of relying entirely on leftover Aeos Gems, players will be able to earn special Unite Coins for licences, Holowear and other returning items.

The Pokémon UNITE Grand Shop Sale continues until the game’s online service closes. The advertised 80% is the maximum discount, not a reduction on every item. Check the actual price of the outfit or Holowear you want, especially as more older cosmetics are added to the shop.
The Pokémon Company says some additions were previously exclusive to events or Battle Passes and hadn’t been sold in the normal shop. It hasn’t published a complete catalogue with every item and regional price, so the live shop is the place to check whether your missing favourite has returned.
Can you still spend Aeos Gems during the Grand Shop Sale?
Yes. New Aeos Gem purchases stopped on October 27, but you can continue using Gems you already own. That makes the Pokémon UNITE Grand Shop Sale useful if you have a balance left. However, all unused Gems become unusable when the servers close on March 23, 2027, at 00:00 GMT.
The shutdown notice doesn’t promise automatic refunds for unspent Aeos Gems. If you’re buying a cosmetic to remember the game by, the upcoming Pokémon UNITE Library will display selected owned Holowear after closure, provided you’ve completed its initial download in time. How to earn Unite Coins from November 12
Starting November 12, a Unite Coin Log-In Bonus and Unite Coin Missions will award the new currency. The official notice says you’ll receive one or more Unite Coins for completing missions by winning a ranked match or a match in other battle modes. Exact mission totals and individual item prices haven’t been published yet.
Unite Coins are a new, special currency for the Unite Coin Exchange. They aren’t the same as the existing Aeos Coins or the paid Aeos Gems. You’ll earn them from the November login bonus and missions, then spend them in the new exchange.
Before spending Gems on a returning outfit, see whether it’s also available through the new coin exchange after November 12. The official announcement says Grand Shop additions will be offered through the exchange too. If you can earn the item through battles, you may prefer to keep your existing Gems for something else.
What can you buy with the new Unite Coin Exchange?
The Unite Coin Exchange is scheduled to offer Unite licences, Holowear, Trainer fashion and Unite Snapshot items, among other returning rewards. It won’t open until November 12 at 04:00 GMT, so there isn’t a verified full price list for it yet.
Some items being added to the Grand Shop will also appear in the Unite Coin Exchange. That includes returning cosmetics, but the announcement doesn’t promise that every item from the game’s history will come back. Check the new exchange once it opens to see what’s actually available.
