Metro Redux Deep Silver Account linking unlocks a free exclusive Metro comic from Dark Horse Comics. The reward works with Metro 2033 Redux, Metro: Last Light Redux and Metro Exodus: launch a supported game, scan its in-game QR code and connect it to your Deep Silver Account.
The October 2026 update brought Metro Redux Deep Silver Account linking to both Redux games. After linking, the comic is available through the corresponding title’s page on DeepSilver.com. The publisher also runs a separate Metro 2039 prize draw, but entering that competition isn’t required to read the comic.
Metro Redux Deep Silver Account: How to unlock the free comic
- Launch Metro 2033 Redux, Metro: Last Light Redux or Metro Exodus.
- Find the game’s Deep Silver Account QR code and scan it.
- Create a Deep Silver Account or sign in to the one you already use.
- Follow the account-linking instructions shown after the scan.
- Visit DeepSilver.com and sign in with the linked account.
- Open the relevant Metro game page to access the exclusive comic reward.
The Metro Redux Deep Silver Account reward unlocks when you connect a supported game, not when you finish its campaign. Follow the QR code, sign in and open that game’s comic page on the publisher’s website.
Metro Redux Deep Silver Account: Supported games
The Metro Redux Deep Silver Account feature is supported by Metro 2033 Redux and Metro: Last Light Redux after the next-gen update. Metro Exodus also supports the account system. You can link one of those games or all three, using the account associated with the QR-code process.
Each of the supported titles has its own comic section. Sign into the website using the same account you linked in-game. Connecting one game is enough to access its reward; you don’t have to purchase all three.
Find the Metro Redux Deep Silver Account comic reward
Head to DeepSilver.com, sign in and choose the Metro 2033, Metro: Last Light or Metro Exodus page for your linked title. Open the comic section to access the reward.
The Metro Redux Deep Silver Account comic is a Dark Horse Comics collaboration, rather than a new level or item for your inventory. You read it on the Deep Silver website, not from the game’s Chapter Select menu.
Metro 2039 competition entries explained
Deep Silver’s October announcement also offers entries into a draw for copies of Metro 2039, the new game scheduled for February 4, 2027. Each of the three supported Metro games linked to an account contributes one entry, and signing up to the Deep Silver newsletter provides another, for a possible total of four entries.
The comic is a direct account reward. The Metro 2039 prize draw is separate: each eligible entry gives you a chance to win, not a guaranteed copy of the game. Deep Silver’s competition terms set the conditions.
Does linking your account cost anything?
The Metro Redux Deep Silver Account comic is an exclusive free reward for linking a supported game. If you own an eligible copy, you can use the in-game sign-in process without buying another Metro edition. A Deep Silver Account is required because the comic access is associated with the linked profile.
You can connect multiple Metro titles to the same account. One website login then gives you access to the corresponding comic pages, which is easier than switching profiles between games.
Comic not appearing: what to check
If the comic doesn’t show up, check which account you used when scanning the QR code. Sign out of DeepSilver.com and back in using that exact account, then open the relevant game’s comic page.
The account reward is on Deep Silver’s website. It won’t automatically appear as a separate game in your Steam or console library. Use the comic section on the page for the Metro title you’ve linked.
October 23 comic reward hotfix
A Metro Redux Deep Silver Account comic access problem was fixed in the October 23 PC hotfix. That patch also repaired higher-resolution detection, missing Steam Overlay, Epic achievements and Ukrainian text. Update your game before trying the reward again.
The Metro Redux Deep Silver Account feature doesn’t depend on your graphics settings or how far you’ve played. You can claim the comic without enabling DLSS or completing any story chapters.
