Hellraiser Revival Well Puzzle is the four-part picture lock by the well during the search for the Statue’s Tongue. You need three missing Puzzle Blocks, found at the wooden pagoda, the boat at the pier and the children’s merry-go-round. Put all three into the mechanism beside the well, then rotate its four picture sections until they form the Labyrinth drawing shown on the nearby paper.
There is a useful detour at the pier: a nine-bottle shooting range tied to the missable Red Dead Damnation trophy. The block hunt also triggers enemies, and the picture is easy to misread if you only look at the shapes of the buildings. The route below covers the collectibles, the four-section image and how to continue once the well opens.
Where the Hellraiser Revival Well Puzzle begins
Follow the story objective Find the Statue’s Tongue, after using the Statue’s Head and the Genesis Configuration to open the northwestern gate. The well stands in the central part of the new area, with a gold picture-block slot beside it and a folded drawing you can examine.
The drawing is the reference for the Hellraiser Revival Well Puzzle. One block is already in place, so only three have to be collected. Don’t go looking for a fourth loose item or try to enter a numeric keypad code. It’s a picture-matching puzzle, with several alternative faces available by rotating each block.

Hellraiser Revival Well Puzzle Block 1: wooden pagoda
Turn away from the well and take the uphill route towards the wooden pagoda, also described as a gazebo, to the east. A cultist’s body is suspended inside. Examine its hand and take the first Puzzle Block.
Enemies can rush the area after you take the item, including exploding Unworthy. Give yourself room to move before engaging and avoid standing near the hanging body during the fight. Return downhill towards the well when the route is clear.
Hellraiser Revival Well Puzzle Block 2: boat at the pier
Head towards the small pier. You’ll see a boat sitting out of reach; use the mooring bollard to pull it alongside the dock, then take the Puzzle Block from inside. You don’t have to search the water or swim to the boat.
Before pulling the boat in, check the shooting range to its right. Shoot all nine bottles to earn Red Dead Damnation. PowerPyx recommends saving first and having at least nine pistol rounds, since approaching the boat triggers enemies and leaving for ammunition can make the bottles respawn. This trophy isn’t required for the Hellraiser Revival Well Puzzle, but it is missable without chapter select.
Hellraiser Revival Well Puzzle Block 3: children’s merry-go-round
Follow the route towards the play park and find the carousel or merry-go-round. A body is strapped to it and holds the final Puzzle Block. Take it, deal with any enemies that appear, and head back to the central well.
You should now have the three missing pieces. If the gold mechanism still won’t let you begin the Hellraiser Revival Well Puzzle, check your Key Items and make sure you collected the block from the boat itself, not just used the bollard.

Hellraiser Revival Well Puzzle four-section image solution
Insert all three blocks into the well’s golden slot. Rotate the four sections so their paths, buildings and smoky sky match the unfolded sketch lying beside it. You are assembling one picture, not aligning four matching symbols.

Look at each section separately before assessing the complete scene. The second and third images are the easiest to confuse because both contain pale clouds and paths. In the Hellraiser Revival Well Puzzle, focus on the H-shaped foreground and the conspicuous V opening, then check the pair of towers at the bottom.
There is no reliable universal instruction such as rotate the top block exactly twice, because the face you’re starting from can differ. Keep rotating until the visible landmarks match, then confirm. The well opens when all four pictures form the intended scene.
Where to go after the Hellraiser Revival Well Puzzle
Once the mechanism unlocks, watch for more enemies and descend the ladder inside the well. Search the underground area for the Statue’s Tongue, which sits on a table in the southwestern room. There’s an optional SMG Linear Compensator in a nearby cabinet that needs a lockpick.
To leave, interact with the electrical panel and connect the matching symbols on its left and right sides. Return to the statue gate and insert the Tongue to continue the story. You can also buy the Bear Trap and Fuel Can crafting recipes at Zora’s second shop after obtaining the item.
Why the Hellraiser Revival Well Puzzle won’t open
First make sure all three loose blocks have been collected and inserted. Next compare each image to the paper rather than looking for a code elsewhere. The Hellraiser Revival Well Puzzle can look almost correct with one wrong section, particularly if its dark building outlines still line up with the neighbouring pieces.
If you want every trophy and upgrade on the same playthrough, check the pier’s nine bottles and the underground locked cabinet before progressing too far. Hellraiser: Revival doesn’t offer conventional chapter select, so returning for collectibles later isn’t always possible.
