Tower of Fantasy: How to open a Singularity Rock

While wandering around the dangerously beautiful world of Tower of Fantasy, you must have come across a Singularity Rock. This statue that looks like Atlas carrying the world has some hidden treasure. But the problem is, you’re not sure how to open it.

Once you know what to do with Singularity Rocks, you’ll find yourself ridding of Atlas’ burden in no time while getting some rewards in the process. It’s actually a win-win situation!

Want to know how to do it? It’s pretty simple. Here’s all you need to do.

Here’s how you can open a Singularity Rock and get some loot

To open a Singularity Rock, you will need to use the Relic called Strange Cube. This mysterious cube alters the surrounding gravity when used. In battle, this deals damage to enemies and suspends them in midair. Pretty cool, right?

As for Singularity Rocks, the Strange Cube lifts the globe-like part of the statue and reveals what’s beneath it. This includes items such as the Black Nucleus, which you can use to place Special Orders in the game’s gacha.

If you don’t have this Relic, you can obtain this by challenging Ruin A-02. You can go to this location by following the steps below:

1. Tap/Click the Challenges icon in the upper right corner of the screen. For PC players, you must press and hold the Alt key while using your mouse.
2. Choose Recommended.
3. Go to Ruins and select Ruin A-02.
4. Follow the Ruin‘s location on your map.

This Ruin should be located in Astra, and you can obtain the Strange Cube near the Ruin‘s entrance. Therefore, you can choose to complete the challenge and get some rewards or simply leave.

Once obtained, equip the Relic by following the steps below:

1. Tap the Menu in the upper right corner of the screen or press Escape for PC players.
2. Choose Relics.
3. Hit Deploy.
4. Select Strange Cube and place it in your preferred Relic slot.

Now that you have equipped it, go back to the overworld and use the Strange Cube near a Singularity Rock. You can do this by tapping on the Relic‘s icon on your mobile device or by pressing its assigned key for the PC version.

Obtaining the loot from a Singularity Rock will increase your exploration progress, which is great if you’re planning to get some new outfits.

Tower of Fantasy is available on PC, iOS, and Android. The game is also set to arrive on gaming consoles, but no release date has been given yet.
