Tower of Fantasy: How to activate the Omnium Pillar Induction Plate
There are so many things to discover in the vast open world of Tower of Fantasy, with the Omnium Pillar among them. The planet of Aida might be facing a catastrophe at the moment, but it is still filled with valuable resources for the Wanderer.
However, some of these resources are not just out in the open. Sometimes, you need to solve some puzzles to get them. Other times, you simply need to use specific items, which is the case with the Omnium Pillar Induction Plate.
Don’t worry! In this article, we’ll tell you exactly how you can activate the Omnium Pillar Induction Plate, and as the game’s Survival Guide says, “See what happens.”
Here’s how you can activate the Omnium Pillar Induction Plate
In order to activate the Omnium Pillar Induction Plate, you will need to use the Relic called Omnium Handcannon. Using this item allows you to create a pillar that you can climb. In this case, however, you don’t have to climb the pillar; you just need to use the Relic.
If you don’t have this Relic yet, you can obtain this by challenging Ruin A-03. To go to this location, simply do the following:
- Tap/Click the Challenges icon in the upper right corner of the screen. For PC players, you will need to press and hold the Alt key while using your mouse.
- Choose Recommended.
- Go to Ruins and select Ruin A-03.
- Follow the Ruin‘s location on your map.
If you can’t access this Ruin yet, make sure to challenge the previous ones first.
You can obtain the Omnium Handcannon at the beginning of the challenge, so you can choose whether to complete it to get some rewards or simply leave.
Once acquired, you can equip the Relic by following the steps below:
- Tap the Menu in the upper right corner of the screen or press Escape for PC players.
- Choose Relics.
- Hit Deploy.
- Select Omnium Handcannon and place it to your preferred Relic slot.
In the overworld, use the Omnium Handcannon by tapping on its icon for mobile or by pressing its assigned key for the PC version. Target and hit the Omnium Pillar Induction Plate for it to be activated.
Once done, a scalable energy pillar will appear, but again, there is usually no need to climb it. Instead, check out for your reward nearby. After activating the Omnium Pillar Induction Plate, you should be able to get useful items such as a Nucleus for the game’s gacha system.
Doing so will also cause your exploration progress to increase. This is good news, especially if you want to get some new outfits for the Wanderer.
Tower of Fantasy is available on PC, iOS, and Android. The game is also set to arrive on gaming consoles, but no release date has been given yet.
