Tower of Fantasy: How to increase chances of winning in Apex League
Last Updated on: 8th September 2022, 11:30 pm
If you’re bored playing PvE in Tower of Fantasy, you can start PvP tasks instead. The leaderboard will also let you know your competition.
After the recent actions done by Hotta Studio after the multiple reported cheating and feedback from their players, there has been a big change in the leaderboard names in PvP matches in Tower of Fantasy. There have been more than 3,000 players permanently banned from the game after an investigation confirmed that they have engaged in interference in the game’s balance.
There have been players found who were cheating and hacking the game. In August, there were about 1,000 players that were permanently banned from the global server. Some were given a 10-year ban.
This has allowed players to have better chances of getting into the leaderboard of Apex League. This is the PvP (player vs player) section of the game. It allows the player to go against other players. There is also a leaderboard that can climb it with dark crystals.

How to win in Apex League
For a player to get to the arena of Apex League, they will need to be at level 31 or higher. Apex League is available between 12:00 and 24:00 daily (server time). Players pitted against each other are given balanced or at least within the same level of experience. It is also important to note that the area in the Apex League shrinks as time progresses. The defeated player resurrects once. This means that the game is best of 2 before the time runs out. If the time runs out before anyone is decided the winner, the player with the least amount of damage wins. Each match is given 5 minutes.
To open the Apex League, go to the Adventure menu, then choose the Challenge tab. If the Apex League does not appear in the list, you must drag the icons to the right. The player should then have the option to choose Apex League.
The goal of the Apex League players is to climb the leaderboard to get more rewards. The players are divided by rank. The more matches you win, the higher you climb the leaderboard. The following are the ranks for players, starting from the highest to the lowest. It also provides the stars and levels that you should have, including the requirements that need to be met to ascend the ladder:

Best weapons, relics, and tactics to choose from in Apex League
Although the ideal scenario is that the players pitted against each other have almost the same level and combat strength, there are still many ways of increasing your chances of winning. The biggest difference among players is the number of weapons, relics, and Simulacrum that one has over the others.
Weapons

Important notes on Apex League
All players will enter Apex League in a balanced state. This means that both players will have similar levels in base stats, weapon stats, and relic stats. All improvements or enhancements done will not take effect to ensure fair play. This means that Combat Strength will not matter as well as the character’s level in-game.
Do not forget to use your relics. Players caught in the heat of the battle sometimes forget that they have another arsenal they can use against the enemy besides attacks using their weapons. Remember that if you decide to use any healing weapon or relic, the effect is cut by 50%.
Remember that the arena grows smaller every 75 seconds. If you stay too long outside the battle arena, you will be punished by a debuff that will gradually reduce your HP. If you have a considerably higher HP, you can lure your opponent outside the arena to have a higher chance of winning.
