It is almost time for the world to be able to play Halo Infinite for the first time as part of the brand new Technical Preview event.

This weekend, selected players will be able to take part in the Halo Infinite Technical Preview to test out the next entry in the Halo series.

The preview will be available on PC, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S, and will help 343 Industries figure out new issues with the game that can be fixed ahead of its official launch later this year.

But, when can we play it?

Halo Infinite Technical Preview Start Time And Dates

The Halo Infinite Technical Preview is due to go live today, July 29th at 12 pm PST, 3 pm EST/8 pm BST. That time has already passed but so far the build hasn’t been released, leaving many players frustrated.

We’re not sure when the build will be released, but we’re sure the official Halo Twitter account will let us know as soon as it does, and we should receive an email with a link to the build.

The preview will last from July 29th until August 2nd, but players will only be able to play at select times.

What To Expect

While we all can’t wait to jump in and face each other in the game’s online mode, the preview event will only feature matches vs bots.

The available content will be Bot Slayer, Weapon Drills, Waypoint vNext.

Bot Slayer will feature teams of four taking on four bots, with the option to increase the difficulty of the bots, but it would be a lot more fun to play against real players, hopefully we will be able to in a future preview event.
