Kagura’s Verity is a 5-star catalyst in Genshin Impact. It is part of the Inazuma series of weapons, along with Engulfing Lightning, Thundering Pulse, and Mistsplitter Reforged.

Where to get Kagura’s Verity
Kagura’s Verity can only be obtained via Wish, specifically by pulling from the Epitome Invocation Weapon Event Wish Banner. This catalyst will be featured on the said banner from November 18, 2022, to December 6, 2022. After that, there will be no way of acquiring the weapon unless a banner rerun takes place.

This bow’s passive skill is called Kagura Dance of the Sacred Sakura:
Gains the Kagura Dance effect when using an Elemental Skill, causing the Elemental Skill DMG of the character wielding this weapon to increase by 12% for 16s. Max 3 stacks. This character will gain 12% All Elemental DMG Bonus when they possess 3 stacks.
For every weapon refinement, the effects of this bow are increased by:

Recommended Characters
Kagura’s Verity is an excellent weapon for characters who can spam their Elemental Skill to deal significant damage. Spamming the equipping character’s Elemental Skill is vital to maximizing this catalyst’s passive and increasing both the character’s Elemental Skill DMG and Elemental DMG.
This catalyst is Yae Miko’s signature weapon and is currently her BiS (best-in-slot). This is because her Elemental Skill has three charges and a very quick cooldown. Learn more about Yae Miko here.
This weapon also works for the 5-star Dendro character Nahida since her Elemental Skill also has a short cooldown. On the other hand, she can periodically deal Elemental DMG with her Tri-Karma Purification. Learn more about Nahida here.
As for 4-star characters, Kagura’s Verity can work for Lisa, especially with the tap/press version of her Elemental Skill, which only has 1 CD!
Another one is Ningguang, especially at C2 (Constellation 2), as this constellation resets the CD of her Elemental Skill when her Jade Screen is shattered.
