Genshin Impact 3.1 Livestream: When, where to watch, and what to expect

Currently in its second phase, Genshin Impact Version 3.0 is coming to a close, and the game’s Version 3.1 will soon bring new and exciting content, including a map expansion and, of course, more characters.
As was the case in previous versions, HoYoverse will soon air the Genshin Impact 3.1 Livestream to provide details about the update. During this time, fans are also provided with promo codes for valuable in-game resources such as Primogems.

When and where to watch Genshin Impact 3.1 Livestream
Avid fans of the game will surely have a great end of the week as the Genshin Impact 3.1 Livestream or Special Program will air this Friday, Sept. 16, 2022, starting at 08:00 AM (UTC -4).

As usual, fans can watch the Genshin Impact 3.1 Livestream on Genshin Impact‘s official Twitch channel. If they can’t do so, they can also watch it later on the game’s official YouTube channel.
What to expect in Genshin Impact 3.1
As mentioned, the upcoming Version 3.1 will expand the map of Teyvat and add new characters to the game’s roster. Of course, this expansion also comes with 3.1 events that were shared prior to the official announcement.
For the map expansion, leaks suggest that this update will introduce a new part of Sumeru, reportedly a vast desert area with mysterious temples to explore.
On the other hand, the new characters that will be coming to Version 3.1 are the 5-star Hydro Sword character Nilou, the 4-star Hydro Polearm character Candace, and the 5-star Electro Polearm character Cyno.
Lastly, leaks say that Venti and Eula might have banner reruns soon.
Genshin Impact is an action role-playing game developed by miHoyo, also known as HoYoverse. The game is available for PC, PS4, PS5, iOS, and Android, while a release on Nintendo Switch is currently in the works.
