Fortnite live events gave us the moments that could stop an entire lobby in its tracks. Remember Kevin the Cube, the black hole, Midas trying to control the Storm or the first time Pleasant Park became a concert venue? Those are the memories that make the early chapters feel like more than a list of old seasons.
This collection follows the major concerts and one-off story moments from 2018 to 2026 in their original order. Each expandable chapter has the actual event history and a complete video wherever Fortnite or the performer has released an official recording. You’ll also find the matching island galleries if you want to see what changed afterwards.

The dates below refer to the original events, not later recreations in Fortnite OG. Concerts and narrative finales are marked separately, because they changed the game in very different ways. Open each section to watch, then jump into the next era when you’re ready.

Shattered was the climactic Chapter 7 Showdown event in June 2026.
Fortnite live events: Concerts and music experiences
Marshmello’s Pleasant Park show in February 2019 proved that Fortnite could become a shared concert venue. Astronomical in April 2020 made everything feel enormous, while Ariana Grande’s Rift Tour in August 2021 sent players through colourful, surreal environments. Remix: The Finale in November 2024 brought Snoop Dogg, Eminem, Ice Spice and Juice WRLD together; the Daft Punk Experience in 2025 was more of an interactive musical playground.
All of these are important parts of Fortnite live events history, but they weren’t identical formats. An immersive music destination is different from a one-time Battle Royale finale. The event panels above make those differences clear rather than treating every concert as a map-changing story.
Fortnite live events and the maps they changed
Few games let their maps change this dramatically in front of players. The original End erased the Chapter 1 island, the Device led into Chapter 2’s flood, and the Chapter 2 finale flipped the world. Shattered was another major turning point. The Fortnite Map Evolution hub collects the historical images so you can follow that same story visually.
