Fisch Witch Kitty is a limited Halloween companion in FischFright 3 that roams Caustic Hallow instead of waiting at a permanent NPC location. Find the glowing green cat, interact with it and pay 10 Treats to add it to your Companion Satchel. The three strongest spawn locations are outside the Church, behind the Haunted Mansion and beside the Rave Disco Ball.
After unlocking Fisch Witch Kitty, you can pursue two companion skins from Vanni Kitty’s daily quests: an alien-themed skin for catching ten Gleebous-mutated event fish, and Omojilea for obtaining a Giant Plush Nessie you caught yourself. The Fisch Witch Kitty does not remain indefinitely at these coordinates. The cat can move or despawn after several minutes, and another player may claim it before you arrive. Check the three locations on each server before expanding the search to the houses around the village, the acidic riverbanks and the Webridden Cavern. If the key locations are empty, changing server is an option.
How to reach Caustic Hallow and find Fisch Witch Kitty
Go to Moosewood’s eastern dock, board the green Flying Dutchman and ask its captain to sail to Caustic Hallow. Bring at least 10 Treats and ideally a glider for the cliff and mansion spawn points. From the central fountain, first check the Church, then the raised area behind the Mansion, and finish by walking towards the leaf pile near the Disco Ball.
The Fisch Witch Kitty stands out because of its green glow. Once you find it, walk within interaction range and follow the prompt. Pay the 10 Treats to claim the companion. If you have too little currency, knock at the numbered Halloween houses using your Candy Bucket or sell spare event catches to the Frightful Merchant, but remember the cat may disappear before you return.
How to equip Fisch Witch Kitty in the Companion Satchel
After paying, open the Companions or Companion Satchel menu. Select Fisch Witch Kitty and equip it to make the cat follow you. Only one companion can be active at a time, so switching to the cat replaces your previously equipped companion without deleting it. The unlock is permanent after purchase; you don’t need to find the cat again to switch companions.
Some player reports associate Fisch Witch Kitty with increased chances of particular Halloween Nessie drops, although that effect is less consistently documented than its 10-Treat unlock. Check the current passive in the companion menu before relying on a precise multiplier for your fishing strategy. The companion itself is a separate item from the limited Halloween masks.
Where to find the Kitty skin quest NPC
Vanni Kitty stands beside Dentist Dreadmore in central Caustic Hallow town, near GPS -14706.0, 146.8, -9723.2. This stationary Kitty Quest NPC is different from the roaming Fisch Witch Kitty you need to tame first. Speak to Vanni after unlocking your companion to receive the available daily skin quest. These tasks rotate on an approximately 24-hour cycle.

How to unlock the alien-themed Fisch Witch Kitty skin
Accept Vanni’s Extraterrestrial Frights quest and equip Blade of Glorp, which applies the Gleebous mutation. Catch ten fish belonging to the FischFright 3 event, each with the Gleebous label. A fish of the right species without the mutation won’t advance the counter, and a non-event fish with Gleebous doesn’t fulfil the Halloween requirement either.
Return to Vanni when the quest shows 10/10 and claim the Vanni Kitty skin. It is an alternate appearance for Fisch Witch Kitty, not a second separate companion. The appearance is selectable in your companion menu once earned. If Vanni currently offers a different quest, check again after the daily reset during the event period.
How to unlock Omojilea with Giant Plush Nessie
The Omojilea skin requires one Plush Nessie with the Giant attribute, originally caught by your own character. Plush Nessie can be obtained from trick-or-treating, rare Frightful Pool catches and Beatrix’s cauldron progression. Once you have a suitable catch, take it to the Appraiser and keep trying until the Giant attribute appears.
For the Fisch Witch Kitty skin quest, a traded Plush Nessie may not count as an original catch even when it has the correct size. Check your own catch history before spending money on repeated appraisal. Equip Omojilea through the same companion skin menu after Vanni accepts the Giant fish.
Why isn’t Fisch Witch Kitty spawning or unlocking?
If you cannot find Fisch Witch Kitty, make sure you’re on Caustic Hallow during the active Halloween event. Search the Church, rear mansion platform and disco-ball leaf pile, then change server if all are empty. If you can interact but cannot buy, verify you have 10 Treats and check the Companion Satchel afterwards to see whether the purchase registered.
If the alien skin quest isn’t progressing, inspect the Gleebous mutation on each Halloween catch. For Omojilea, confirm your Plush Nessie is Giant and that you caught it yourself.
