Diablo 4 Xbox Game Pass Free Cosmetics are a new Season 15 perk for active Game Pass subscribers, and Blizzard says the offer gives access to more than 50 cosmetics across all classes. To claim them, connect the Battle.net account you use for Diablo IV to an active Xbox Game Pass subscription and then log into Diablo IV.
The useful detail about Diablo 4 Xbox Game Pass Free Cosmetics is that this is an account-linking reward, not a limited mission or in-game shop bundle you need to buy separately. Blizzard specifically mentions armor sets alongside items such as Mount Trophies, a Town Portal, an Emblem and a Headstone among the available cosmetics.
How to claim Diablo 4 Xbox Game Pass Free Cosmetics

Start with the Battle.net account that owns or accesses your Diablo IV profile, then connect the Microsoft/Xbox account carrying the active Game Pass subscription. After the link is in place, log into Diablo IV. Blizzard’s Season 15 FAQ says that is the route used to activate Diablo 4 Xbox Game Pass Free Cosmetics across the account.
If you play on more than one platform, the important part is the Battle.net identity rather than the box you happen to launch the game on. Do not connect a spare Microsoft account by mistake. Diablo 4 Xbox Game Pass Free Cosmetics are only useful when the active subscription is linked to the Battle.net account where you actually want the cosmetics to appear.
What is included in the Game Pass cosmetic offer
Blizzard describes Diablo 4 Xbox Game Pass Free Cosmetics as more than 50 total cosmetics across all classes. The announcement does not reduce that to one armor set per class; it also calls out familiar cosmetics including Mount Trophies, a Town Portal, an Emblem and a Headstone, with armor sets forming part of the larger collection.
That makes Diablo 4 Xbox Game Pass Free Cosmetics significantly bigger than the separate Season 15 Twitch reward, which is one Deforestation Two-Handed Axe cosmetic. The two promotions can be claimed independently, so having Game Pass does not replace the Twitch watch requirement and earning the Twitch Drop does not unlock the Game Pass bundle.
What if you already own some of the cosmetics?
Blizzard answers this directly: if you already own items included in Diablo 4 Xbox Game Pass Free Cosmetics, you will simply claim the rewards you do not own. There is no indication that duplicate cosmetics turn into Platinum, currency or a substitute item, so treat the perk as a way to fill gaps in your collection rather than a refund system.
That also means the headline ’50+’ number can feel different from account to account. A long-time player may see fewer genuinely new unlocks than somebody who has never bought cosmetic sets. The value of Diablo 4 Xbox Game Pass Free Cosmetics therefore depends partly on what is already tied to your Battle.net collection.
Troubleshooting the claim
If Diablo 4 Xbox Game Pass Free Cosmetics do not appear, confirm the Game Pass subscription is active, check that the correct Microsoft account is linked to the correct Battle.net account and log out and back into Diablo IV. Account-linking changes are more likely to be the problem than a missing quest, because Blizzard does not describe an in-game challenge requirement for this offer.
