Diablo 4 Season 15 Twitch Drops begin on September 15, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. PT and end on September 29 at 10:59 a.m. PT. The reward is the Deforestation Two-Handed Axe cosmetic, and Blizzard requires two total hours watched in the Diablo IV category during the campaign window.
The good news with Diablo 4 Season 15 Twitch Drops is that this is not tied to one specific creator or tournament stream. Blizzard says any livestream in the Diablo IV category counts, so you can use the channel you actually want to watch as long as your Twitch and Battle.net accounts are correctly connected for Drops.

The campaign starts at 11:00 a.m. PT on September 15, which is 7:00 p.m. BST in the UK, and closes at 10:59 a.m. PT on September 29. That gives you almost two weeks to complete Diablo 4 Season 15 Twitch Drops, so there is no need to leave a stream running the moment Season 15 itself goes live.
Two hours of eligible viewing earns the Deforestation Two-Handed Axe cosmetic. It is a weapon appearance rather than a gameplay-power reward, so Diablo 4 Season 15 Twitch Drops do not give subscribers an advantage in the Season Rank race or the new Waking Nightmare encounters.
How to make sure watch time counts
Before working on Diablo 4 Season 15 Twitch Drops, connect the Twitch account you are watching on to the Battle.net account you use for Diablo IV. Then watch an eligible Diablo IV category stream while the campaign is active. Once Twitch marks the reward complete, claim it through the Drops inventory rather than assuming the cosmetic will appear from watch time alone.
If Diablo 4 Season 15 Twitch Drops progress is not moving, the first checks are account linking, campaign timing and whether the stream is actually listed under Diablo IV. Switching browsers or creators will not fix a Battle.net connection problem, and watching before the 11:00 a.m. PT campaign start does not bank time for later.
The Season 15 Drop is separate from BlizzCon Drops
There was a different BlizzCon Diablo IV Drop campaign immediately before Diablo 4 Season 15 Twitch Drops, with rewards such as the Serrated Skean, Corroded Cleaver and Tintinnabulation Two-Handed Mace. That campaign ended on September 15 at 9:59 a.m. PT, shortly before the Season 15 promotion begins.
That overlap makes the timing easy to misread. Diablo 4 Season 15 Twitch Drops specifically refers to the Deforestation Two-Handed Axe campaign running from September 15 at 11:00 a.m. PT to September 29 at 10:59 a.m. PT. If you already completed the BlizzCon watch rewards, you still need another two eligible hours for Deforestation.
Other free Season 15 cosmetics
Twitch is not the only promotion running beside Diablo 4 Season 15 Twitch Drops. Active Xbox Game Pass subscribers can connect Battle.net and gain access to more than 50 cosmetics across Diablo IV’s classes, including armor sets and other familiar account cosmetics. Those rewards use a subscription-linking route rather than watch time.
Our Deforestation Axe guide gives the shortest claim checklist, while the Game Pass cosmetics guide covers the larger bundle. Blizzard‘s official Season 15 announcement confirms the dates, two-hour requirement and reward for Diablo 4 Season 15 Twitch Drops.
