AION 2 Candy Key Fragments come from Expedition and Transcendence Dungeons during the Halloween event. Collect 60 fragments to craft a Red, Yellow or Blue Candy Key through Event Substance Morph. Each colour has a 100% crafting success rate and a limit of one key per week, per server.
Each key opens its matching Candy for a fixed bundle: Red is for pet growth, Yellow gives 10,000 Abyss Points, and Blue gives four Odyle Energy items. The fragments and all three key colours expire at 7:00 AM GMT on November 4, so craft and open your Candies before then.

AION 2 Candy Key Fragments, Red, Yellow and Blue Candy Keys, Halloween Candy and Halloween Cookies are removed at 7:00 AM GMT on Wednesday, 4 November 2026 (3 November at 11:00 PM PST, 4 November at 8:00 AM CET). Craft and use the keys before removal.
One key of each colour costs 180 fragments total, subject to the once-per-colour, per-week, per-server limit. The Odyle Energy and Resurrection Spiritstones inside Blue Candy have a later, separately listed 15 December 2026 removal date.
Where AION 2 Candy Key Fragments drop
Farm AION 2 Candy Key Fragments through eligible Expedition and Transcendence Dungeon rewards. NC doesn’t list one fixed number of fragments for every completion, so check the rewards from the dungeon you’re actually running.
The key is to collect the dungeon reward after finishing the activity. Keep track of your fragment total as you go, especially if you’re aiming for more than one colour before the Halloween deadline.
Check the dungeon’s eligibility rules and the completed reward before assuming a missing fragment is a bug. The Halloween attendance screen awards Pumpkin Coins instead, and the separate Abyss event uses Kina; neither is a documented replacement for dungeon-earned Candy Key Fragments.
Red, Yellow and Blue Key recipes
AION 2 Candy Key Fragments cannot be spent directly on Pumpkin Coin merchant stock. They must be morphed into a coloured key, with 60 fragments spent on each recipe.

AION 2 Candy Key Fragments cost 60 per colour-specific key through the Event Substance Morph menu. The Power Shard recipe is different: spending one fragment makes ten shards. Don’t use that recipe by accident if you’re saving a large fragment stack to open all three colours.
Red, Yellow and Blue Candy rewards
For AION 2 Candy Key Fragments, the key colour determines the entire bundle received from the corresponding Candy object. Red favours pet items, Yellow grants Abyss Points and Blue provides Odyle Energy.

You can plan AION 2 Candy Key Fragments farming by checking your collected rewards after each eligible dungeon. If you want all three weekly keys, keep the combined 180-fragment cost in mind.

After crafting with AION 2 Candy Key Fragments, find the matching event Candy in town and use your key. A Red Key opens Red Candy, Yellow opens Yellow, and Blue opens Blue. The table above lists the Halloween merchant towns, but NC hasn’t published exact coordinates for each Candy object.
How many dungeon runs do you need for a Candy Key?
There’s no official fixed number of dungeon runs per key. Check how many AION 2 Candy Key Fragments you receive from your completed reward and work towards 60 for your chosen colour. Allow time for the weekly crafting limit and the November 4 removal deadline.
Check the weekly morph limit before farming a second key of the same colour. Once you’ve made your weekly Red Key, use another eligible colour if you still have fragments. With all Candy Key Fragments removed on November 4 at 7:00 AM GMT, do not save them past the event deadline. If you want all three Candy bundles, plan around their combined 180-fragment cost instead of using the remaining fragments on Superior Power Shards.
Which key should you craft first?
If you’re choosing your first key, go for the reward you need most: Red for pet growth, Yellow for Abyss Points, or Blue for Odyle Energy and Resurrection Spiritstones. One of each costs 180 AION 2 Candy Key Fragments. Pumpkin Coins are for the separate Halloween merchant, not the key recipes.
Halloween Candy increases Attack by 25, Defense by 250, maximum Stamina by 300 and natural Stamina Regeneration by 40% for five minutes. Halloween Cookie instead increases maximum HP by 500, MP by 250 and Stamina by 300, with the same regeneration bonus for five minutes.
