Eugene Kelly’s Lurker helps his stamina recover and reduces his stalk level while he stays in stealth bushes. Michelle Blanton’s Therapeutic shares 25% of a healing item’s application amount with nearby wounded Civilians and Residents.
Both characters come in one $9.99 Civilian Characters Pack. They aren’t unlocked by playing matches, and the separately priced Halloween costume pack doesn’t contain them. Here’s how to get them and use their different abilities.
How to unlock Halloween The Game Eugene Michelle
Buy the Civilian Characters Pack on your platform’s storefront. The official US price is $9.99 for both Eugene and Michelle. After the purchase, install the October 27 update if needed and open the Civilian selection screen. The two characters should be available on the account that bought the bundle.
There is no documented levelling requirement, Tower Farm quest or special Michael Myers skin purchase. Don’t confuse this pack with Civilian Costumes Pack 1, which costs another $9.99 and contains fourteen outfits and 42 tints. That’s a cosmetic bundle, not a character unlock.
Eugene Kelly: how Lurker works
Lurker activates when Eugene lingers in bushes. It increases his stamina regeneration and makes his stalk level drop faster. Rather than repeatedly sprinting until you’re exhausted, break line of sight and use a patch of cover to recover before moving again.
Tower Farm’s farmhouses and fields have overgrown areas that suit this style. Still, a bush isn’t an invincibility zone: Michael can investigate the cover and discover you. Eugene’s trait helps recovery, not guaranteed invisibility.
For Halloween The Game Eugene Michelle players, Eugene is the better fit for someone who likes taking a separate route and escaping a chase without needing another teammate’s healing item. IllFonic hasn’t published exact stamina percentages in the announcement.
Michelle Blanton: how Therapeutic works
Michelle’s Therapeutic heals nearby wounded Civilians and Residents for 25% of the healing item’s application amount whenever she uses a healing item. It helps keep a group moving, but anyone outside her nearby range misses out on that extra healing.
When you are with injured teammates or Residents, move close to them before using a healing item. The extra healing only reaches wounded people nearby. There is no reason to wait if Michael is already on top of you, but healing while the group is together can get more value out of a single item.
For Halloween The Game Eugene Michelle players, Eugene suits solo escapes and recovery in bushes, while Michelle helps a wounded group recover together. The 25% healing affects Residents as well as Civilian teammates. IllFonic has confirmed that percentage but has not published a numerical radius for Therapeutic.

Are Tower Farm and the costumes included?
No extra character purchase is needed to play Tower Farm: the map is free for everyone who owns the base game. The Halloween The Game Eugene Michelle pack unlocks Eugene and Michelle, not an exclusive map.
Michael’s Halloween 5 and 2018 skins each cost $9.99 separately. The Halloween 5 outfit instantly unlocks the Scythe, which also has a free challenge route. None of those items is bundled with Eugene and Michelle.
What if the characters are still locked?
Check the store transaction and confirm it says Civilian Characters Pack, not Costumes Pack. Restart after updating, use the correct platform account and check Civilian selection again. If your entitlement is still missing, contact the platform’s support with the purchase receipt.
