Rainbow Six Siege Doktor’s Curse Twitch Drops let you earn the free Ominous Downfall Spear .308 skin for Finka and Thunderbird. Watch an eligible Siege stream for three hours and claim the reward before the campaign ends on November 2, 2026.
The skin is earned on Twitch, not through the in-game event challenges. Link Twitch to the Ubisoft account you play Siege on and check the campaign in Twitch Drops Inventory for your progress and remaining time.
How to claim Rainbow Six Siege Doktor’s Curse Twitch Drops
Open the Rainbow Six Siege category on Twitch and choose a participating live stream marked Drops Enabled. Check Twitch Inventory to confirm the Doktor’s Curse campaign is recording your viewing.
When the progress bar reaches 100%, click Claim in Twitch Drops Inventory. Then open Siege on the linked Ubisoft account and check your Spear .308 customisation options.
Rainbow Six Siege Doktor’s Curse Twitch Drops: last-day checklist
- Link the Twitch account you’re watching on to the Ubisoft account used for Siege.
- Choose a participating Rainbow Six Siege stream showing Drops Enabled and the Doktor’s Curse campaign.
- Complete the time shown in Twitch Drops Inventory. The current Ominous Downfall campaign is listed at three hours.
- Select Claim in Twitch Inventory as soon as the reward reaches 100%.
- Open the Spear .308 skin collection in Siege. Finka and Thunderbird share access to this weapon skin.
Before November 2, check the game separately for the free Doktor’s Curse event pack and G36C challenge skin. Those rewards do not depend on Twitch viewing.
Rainbow Six Siege Doktor’s Curse Twitch Drops watch time
Ominous Downfall requires 180 minutes of eligible viewing. Check the campaign name in Twitch Inventory so your watch time is counting towards the Halloween skin rather than an unrelated Siege Drop.
You can split the viewing between sessions and participating channels. Keep using the same Twitch account and finish before the campaign closes.
Who can use the free Spear .308 skin?
The Spear .308 skin is shared by Finka and Thunderbird. Unlocking the Twitch reward adds the weapon skin for use on that gun rather than giving you a separate skin for each Operator.
The G36C skin is completely separate. Ash and Iana get that one through the in-game Doktor’s Curse challenge, while Rainbow Six Siege Doktor’s Curse Twitch Drops are only used for the Spear .308 reward.
How to link Twitch and Ubisoft for Doktor’s Curse Drops
Connect Twitch through Ubisoft’s account-linking page, then check the Siege platform on your Ubisoft profile. This matters particularly if you play on several systems.
If you have multiple Ubisoft logins, confirm which one is connected. Twitch can track your viewing even when it is linked to the wrong game account.
Doktor’s Curse Twitch Drop not showing
If Rainbow Six Siege Doktor’s Curse Twitch Drops show 100% progress but the skin is missing, check whether the reward says Claimed in Twitch Inventory.
If it is claimed, restart Siege and check the weapon skins for Finka or Thunderbird. Confirm your Ubisoft connection before changing any linked accounts.
Is the free event pack part of the Twitch Drop?
No. The event pack is awarded for your first in-game login during Doktor’s Curse, and the free G36C skin comes from an event challenge. Neither reward needs Twitch.
| Free Doktor’s Curse reward | Route |
|---|---|
| Spear .308 skin for Finka and Thunderbird | Twitch Drop, 3 hours |
| G36C skin for Ash and Iana | In-game event challenge |
| 1 event pack | First login during the event |
When do the Doktor’s Curse Twitch Drops end?
Rainbow Six Siege Doktor’s Curse Twitch Drops end on November 2, 2026. Ubisoft’s event announcement doesn’t give a UK closing hour, so follow the Twitch campaign countdown and collect Ominous Downfall while it is available.
