Rainbow Six Siege Legend Division: How to Unlock It, Requirements and Rewards

Rainbow Six Siege Legend Division

Rainbow Six Siege Legend Division is live in Y11S3 as a solo-queue playlist above Champion, running through December 1, 2026. Reaching Champion is only part of the unlock: you also need Clearance Level 200+, Platinum or higher last season, Reputation Standing 3+, app-based 2-Step Verification and the required security checks.

Once you qualify, Rainbow Six Siege Legend Division locks your region for the season and uses the nine-map Pro League pool. Your standing appears on a dynamic Profile Banner, while finishing inside the top 100 in your region earns an exclusive placement charm next season.

How to unlock Rainbow Six Siege Legend Division

Legend Division is the Y11S3 solo-queue playlist above Champion.

Rainbow Six Siege Legend Division stays locked until every progression and security requirement on your account is satisfied. Champion rank on its own will not open the playlist if your previous-season rank, Clearance Level, reputation or account security is missing.

Reputation StandingLevel 3 or higher
2-Step VerificationAuthenticator app enabled
PC securityR6 ShieldGuard Secure Platform requirements enabled

On PC, the R6 ShieldGuard Secure Platform checks TPM 2.0, Secure Boot and Memory Integrity. Open Play > Security Requirements in Siege to see which checks are already passing before changing Windows or BIOS/UEFI settings.

Do normal competitive requirements still apply?

Yes. Legend Division sits on top of Siege’s normal competitive access rather than replacing it. Your account still needs access to competitive modes, then the stricter Legend checks above are applied as an additional gate.

On PC, Ubisoft may request temporary administrator permission while ShieldGuard verifies the security state. That verification is part of checking the secure platform requirements for Rainbow Six Siege Legend Division.

Is Legend Division solo queue only?

Yes. Rainbow Six Siege Legend Division is solo queue only. You cannot enter as a squad even if every person in that squad meets the rank and security requirements.

Once you start playing, your region is locked and your results feed the regional Legend leaderboard. The playlist is built to compare individual players at the top end of Ranked rather than premade teams.

Which maps are in Legend Division?

Rainbow Six Siege Legend Division uses the Pro League map pool only, giving it nine maps instead of the wider 15-map Y11S3 Ranked rotation.

Regular Ranked also includes Oregon, Coastline, Consulate, Kanal, Outback and Casino. Those six maps stay outside the Legend pool even though they can appear in normal Ranked matches.

Rainbow Six Siege Legend Division rewards

Legend players receive a dynamic Profile Banner that shows their standing. The top 100 players in each region also qualify for an exclusive charm next season displaying their final leaderboard position.

The charm is based on where you finish, not the best spot you briefly reached. If you climb into the top 100 and fall out before the season ends, that temporary position is not the one rewarded.

Why is Legend Division still locked?

If Rainbow Six Siege Legend Division is locked after you hit Champion, check Play > Security Requirements before assuming the rank failed to register. A missing TPM 2.0, Secure Boot or Memory Integrity check can keep an otherwise eligible PC account out.

Authenticator-app 2-Step Verification is also mandatory. Ubisoft specifically requires app-based 2FA for Legend Division, so a different account-security method does not satisfy that particular check.

When does Legend Division reset?

Rainbow Six Siege Legend Division runs through December 1 for Y11S3 and resets with the seasonal rank reset. Ubisoft says the playlist will return with mid-season updates rather than keeping one permanent leaderboard across every season.
