Gran Turismo 7 Collector Level 90 is the new progression cap in Spec IV Update 1.72, released October 15, 2026. Polyphony raised Collector Level from 70 to 90 and added three Café Extra Menus tied to high levels. The new maximum also gives car collectors another reason to expand their Garage.
Collector Level tracks the value of cars you’ve collected, not race wins or your online Driver Rating. You can work towards 90 by obtaining more cars, while the Café menus have additional story and collection requirements. Here’s how progression works and exactly which unlock levels Polyphony has announced.
How to reach Gran Turismo 7 Collector Level 90

Open the Garage to check your Collector Level and progress. Acquiring cars adds Collector Points based on their value, and enough points raise your level. Winning a race helps by giving you Credits to spend on cars, rather than directly granting ordinary Collector Points for the win itself.
- Install Gran Turismo 7 Update 1.72.
- Open the Garage and check your current Collector Level.
- Earn Credits through races or other available activities.
- Buy cars you still need from Brand Central, Used Cars or Legend Cars, or earn cars as rewards.
- Check your Collector Points again and keep collecting until you reach Level 90.
There is no single required car list for Gran Turismo 7 Collector Level 90. The fastest affordable path depends on how much collection value you already have. Buying a costly car can give you more points, but spending everything on a car you don’t need may be less useful than completing an Extra Menu collection along the way.
Gran Turismo 7 Collector Level 90: all three new Extra Menu unlocks
| Menu | Collection | Level |
|---|---|---|
| 55 | High-Performance EVs | 70 in detailed patch notes; 75 in overview |
| 56 | Tuned GT-Rs | 80 |
| 57 | Le Mans Winners | 90 |
To access these menus, you must also complete Café Menu Book No. 39, Championship: World GT Series, and watch the ending. The relevant Collector Level unlocks the Extra Menu; completing its collection still requires the exact cars named on the menu card.
The highest milestone on the road to Gran Turismo 7 Collector Level 90 is Extra Menu 57, Collection: Le Mans Winners. Menu 56 opens at 80. Menu 55 may unlock earlier, but the official sources conflict about whether its level is 70 or 75.
Is Extra Menu 55 Level 70 or 75?
Polyphony’s October 14 Spec IV announcement specifies Level 75 for the High-Performance EVs collection. Its more detailed October 15 Update Notice 1.72 says Level 70. Both are official, so don’t assume a particular number is correct solely because a guide quotes one notice.
After installing the patch and finishing Menu Book 39, check the requirement displayed under Café → Extra Menus. That screen tells you whether the collection is available to your account. The announced levels for Tuned GT-Rs and Le Mans Winners are consistently 80 and 90.
Which cars should you buy for Gran Turismo 7 Collector Level 90?

Review the cars missing from your collection before buying. Prioritise any that also appear on the Café Extra Menu collection cards, so the Credits you spend can advance both Collector Level and a reward collection.
The October update adds six vehicles, including the Ferrari F355 Berlinetta ’94, Citroën 2 CV 6 Charleston ’86 and Xiaomi Vision Gran Turismo. They give you more collecting options, but owning all six isn’t a stated requirement for reaching Gran Turismo 7 Collector Level 90.
Gran Turismo 7 Collector Level 90 and Car Concierge order slots
Car Concierge unlocks after the game ending inside Brand Central → Vintage. It lets you request older cars by model, colour and condition, with up to four simultaneous orders depending on Collector Level. That is separate from the requirements for the Café’s Extra Menus.
Polyphony hasn’t published a full level-by-level table for all four order slots. Check your available requests in the Concierge interface instead of assuming you must reach 90 to open every slot. Our Car Concierge guide covers placing an order.
What happens at Gran Turismo 7 Collector Level 90?
At Level 90 you’ve reached the new announced cap and satisfy the Collector Level requirement for Extra Menu 57. You still need to complete Menu Book 39 and collect the required Le Mans-winning cars before claiming that collection’s reward.
The 1.72 notes don’t announce an additional level above 90 or a guaranteed bonus car simply for reaching the cap. The main reasons to keep collecting are the new Café menus and Collector Level-linked Concierge capacity.
