Fortnite Mastery Monday Double Sprite Dust is back in Treasure Hunters. Every Monday, Epic doubles Sprite XP and Sprite Dust, while increasing the number of Wanted Posters and Sprite Chests around Crossbones Isle. It’s a good chance to improve your collection without relying on old Override season methods.

The best new farming route begins with a Wanted Poster on a wall. Tear it down, follow the map to buried treasure, then dig up the Sprite Chest. Here’s how to use that loop during Mastery Monday and put the extra XP and Dust towards the rewards you actually want.

How to farm Fortnite Mastery Monday Double Sprite Dust

Epic introduced the Wanted Poster treasure hunt with the new November season. Each poster gives you a Sprite Treasure Map that points towards a buried Sprite Chest. On Mondays, more of those posters and chests appear.

  1. Join Battle Royale on Crossbones Isle during Mastery Monday.
  2. Search walls around buildings for a Wanted Poster.
  3. Tear it down to collect the Sprite Treasure Map.
  4. Follow the map, find the buried spot and dig up its Sprite Chest.
  5. Collect the Sprite, work on its levels and extract it when you can bank your progress.
  6. Repeat with another Wanted Poster or Sprite Chest while the Monday boosts are running.

There isn’t one confirmed guaranteed poster location. If a settlement is busy, check another cluster of buildings instead of fighting over the same wall. You’ll get more done by completing a few safe runs than by spending a whole match chasing one chest.

When does Fortnite Mastery Monday Double Sprite Dust start?

Epic’s new schedule begins every Monday at 9 AM Eastern Time. For 2 November 2026, that is 2 PM GMT in the UK. The current announcement says the bonus runs all day but doesn’t specify an exact closing hour. Use the live event display for the countdown rather than an October timetable.

See our November 2 Mastery Monday guide for international start times. This guide focuses on the repeatable farming method.

What does the Monday bonus actually increase?

The confirmed boosts are 2x Sprite XP and 2x Sprite Dust, plus more Wanted Posters and Sprite Chests on the Island. That’s the benefit behind Fortnite Mastery Monday Double Sprite Dust. Epic has not promised double Battle Pass XP or a universal multiplier on every kind of loot.

The Sprite system is also separate from Pirate Shop Access. More Sprite Chests does not prove better odds of getting the rare shop reward from ordinary Battle Royale Chests, so don’t build a route around an unannounced drop rate.

Best Sprites for Fortnite Mastery Monday Double Sprite Dust farming

Exmarks can reveal nearby Wanted Posters and Treasure Maps, and at maximum level it can create a Treasure Map. Wayfinder shows nearby Sprites and spawns extra loot from buried Chests. Both have clear uses if you’re searching for another Sprite instead of wandering around the Island.

Fortune variants reveal nearby Chests too. Their abilities help you find more opportunities, although none guarantees a rare variant or a specific reward.

How to make the Sprite XP boost count

Open the Treasure tab in the Lobby to see the Sprite Mastery progression track. Epic confirms new pages unlock weekly, with rewards including Lucky Locators, Golden Fireworks and other Gizmos. The Sprite Mastery Strongbox Back Bling upgrades as you progress.

The Navigator’s Nosedive Umbrella is a separate milestone for mastering 40 Sprites. The goal isn’t simply collecting 40 different Sprites or opening 40 Chests. Monday’s doubled XP makes it easier to work on the ones you haven’t mastered yet.

Epic’s support guidance also confirms that mastered status stays recorded if a Sprite resets to Level 1 after being lost in a later game. The crown icon in your Sprites tab indicates it has already been mastered. That’s worth checking before deciding which Sprite to farm next.

Does Fortnite Mastery Monday Double Sprite Dust boost Pirate Shop odds?

No such boost is confirmed. Epic mentions increased numbers of Sprite Chests and Wanted Posters, not an increased chance of Pirate Shop Access from ordinary Chests. If you’re farming Dust and mastery, stick to the Sprite Treasure Map route.

What is the fastest way to farm Fortnite Mastery Monday Double Sprite Dust?

Pick an area with buildings, search their walls for posters, dig up the buried Sprite Chests and bank your progress. Use Exmarks if you have it, but keep a backup route in mind when another team reaches a poster first.

Check the Sprites screen between matches. Treasure Hunters displays the season’s Sprites in numbered order, and Sprite Stamps show how you acquired them. View Info explains each stamp, helping you decide what to work towards next.

For Fortnite Mastery Monday Double Sprite Dust, the route is simple: find posters, dig up Sprite Chests, improve your Sprites and extract when appropriate. Avoid the old Override cheat-code pads and fixed example Dust payouts, which are not the new season’s confirmed farming route.
