Black Ops 7 Rogue Run Relic Tier III is the highest Relic Tier needed for the Season 6 pedestal upgrade ladder and the key requirement behind the new Hardcore Calling Cards. Once Tier III is active, Pack-a-Punch IV enters the reward path. Paradox Junction Hardcore also begins counting qualifying rounds toward Makeshift Defense, while Kowakujō Hardcore uses the same 15-round Tier III requirement for Golden Opportunity.
Black Ops 7 Rogue Run Relic Tier III is reached by stacking enough Cursed Relic value to fill three complete tier bars. Grim Relics count as one third, Sinister as two thirds and Wicked as one full tier. There is no single mandatory Relic combination, so the fastest practical route is the combination that gets you to three tiers without saddling the run with restrictions your current build cannot survive.
Black Ops 7 Rogue Run Relic Tier III combinations
Three Wicked Relics provide enough value for Black Ops 7 Rogue Run Relic Tier III by themselves. Nine Grim Relics also total three tiers, and mixed combinations work as long as the meter reaches the same point. For example, a Wicked plus three Sinister Relics also totals three tiers. The mathematics is simple, but the gameplay consequences are not because every Relic adds its own restriction.
The Curse Inducer can supply random Relics during the run, which means the exact route varies. Check the tier meter after each activation. A Wicked result can jump an entire tier, while a Grim result only moves one third. Black Ops 7 Rogue Run Relic Tier III is a meter target rather than a fixed number of Curse Inducer uses.

What Tier III unlocks
Reaching Black Ops 7 Rogue Run Relic Tier III adds Level 4 Aether Crystals to the expanded reward path, giving access to Pack-a-Punch IV. Tier I has already unlocked Golden Armor and Tier II has already unlocked Ultra weapon rarity, so Tier III completes the Season 6 three-step power ladder.
Those upgrades are not guaranteed in one immediate sequence. The tier determines eligibility. If Pack-a-Punch IV does not appear the instant you hit Black Ops 7 Rogue Run Relic Tier III, keep clearing rounds and making sensible pedestal choices. The reward pool has expanded, but Rogue Run still retains its randomised structure.
Fastest safe route to Tier III
For a Calling Card run, activate enough Relics early to reach Black Ops 7 Rogue Run Relic Tier III before you are already at the edge of your survival limit. Fifteen qualifying rounds is a long stretch. If you reach Tier III only after Round 30 with a fragile build, the challenge can become harder than necessary even though the meter requirement is technically complete.
Use the earlier tier unlocks on the way. Golden Armor at Tier I can reduce armor attrition, and Ultra rarity at Tier II can strengthen your main weapon. By the time Black Ops 7 Rogue Run Relic Tier III is active, aim to have a stable damage weapon, reliable crowd control, enough armor support and a plan for whatever Relic effects are currently active.
How the 15-round Tier III counter works
The Hardcore Season 6 objectives require 15 completed rounds at Black Ops 7 Rogue Run Relic Tier III. Reaching Tier III does not retroactively count earlier rounds. The clean interpretation is to cross into Tier III, then start counting full round completions from that point while remaining at or above the required tier.
Paradox Junction awards Makeshift Defense plus 5,000 XP after the 15 qualifying rounds. Kowakujō awards Golden Opportunity plus 5,000 XP for the same Tier III round requirement. If you are targeting both, treat each playlist as its own run objective. Black Ops 7 Rogue Run Relic Tier III progress is part of the active run, not a universal 15-round bank shared across different playlists.
Do not keep stacking Relics without a reason
Once Black Ops 7 Rogue Run Relic Tier III is active, the Season 6 pedestal ladder is fully unlocked. More Cursed Relics can make the run harder, but they do not unlock a Tier IV reward tier. Continuing to press the Curse Inducer after Tier III only makes sense if you deliberately want the extra challenge or have another separate objective tied to additional active Relics.
For the Calling Card grind, stop adding restrictions once the target tier is secured. Then focus on survival. Black Ops 7 Rogue Run Relic Tier III is already asking you to manage several Cursed effects while completing a long round streak, so unnecessary extra Relics can turn an otherwise controlled run into a wipe before the 15th qualifying round.
