Warframe Arcane Crepuscular is the Höllvania Arcane for invisibility-focused builds. At max rank, being invisible grants 30% Ability Strength and a 3x Final Critical Multiplier. The trigger is therefore not a kill, headshot or stacking sequence: the build needs to establish and maintain invisibility.
The Arcane came with Warframe: 1999 and sits in the Höllvania Arcane pool. Digital Extremes gives that pool several acquisition routes, including Faceoff, Techrot Safes, optional Scaldra Supply Caches, the H-09 Efervon Tank and 1999 Calendar Arcane rewards. It was later included in the Höllvania collection for Loid’s Arcane Dissolution.

The 30% Ability Strength component is easy to understand, but the final Critical Multiplier is the eye-catching half. Because the effect is tied to invisibility, Crepuscular rewards frames and setups that can remain unseen while continuing to deal damage.
Do not read ‘while invisible’ as a one-time activation. If your action breaks the invisibility state, the condition supporting Crepuscular is gone. That makes the behaviour of the frame’s invisibility ability and the attacks used during it part of the Arcane decision.
How to farm Warframe Arcane Crepuscular
Faceoff missions can award the 1999 Arcanes. Techrot Safes and the optional Scaldra Supply Cache in Exterminate missions provide additional opportunities, and H-09 Efervon Tank Assassination is another source. The Calendar’s Arcane option can also feed the same collection.
If you are already dissolving unwanted Arcanes, Loid’s Höllvania Arcane Collection provides a Vosfor route. Use it as an extra chance rather than pretending it is a targeted Crepuscular vendor.
Warframe Arcane Crepuscular and invisibility
Crepuscular has received compatibility attention after release. In Voruna Prime Hotfix #8, Digital Extremes changed strikes during Voruna’s Ulfrun’s Descent and casts of Fangs of Raksh so they no longer break Shroud of Dynar invisibility, specifically noting synergy issues with equipment such as Arcane Crepuscular.
That patch is a useful reminder that the Arcane is only as reliable as the invisibility state feeding it. When testing another frame, pay attention to which attacks, casts or mission interactions cancel invisibility rather than assuming the buff will remain active throughout combat.
Is Warframe Arcane Crepuscular worth farming?
It is a specialist Arcane, which is a good thing when the build fits. An invisibility frame can gain offensive stats without performing a separate stack-building minigame. A frame that cannot maintain invisibility gets essentially nothing from the condition.
For farming, favour Höllvania activities that also advance something else you need. Crepuscular shares a pool, so a route that gives useful faction progress, weapon parts or other wanted Arcanes is better than measuring the session only by whether Crepuscular appeared.

Warframe Arcane Crepuscular is worth farming when its activation condition matches the build you actually play. The acquisition routes above give you more than one way to work toward a max-rank copy, so use the route that overlaps with other rewards you still need rather than treating one mission as mandatory.
Warframe Arcane Crepuscular: Final Critical Multiplier is the unusual part
Crepuscular does not merely add ordinary Critical Damage in the same bucket as a weapon mod. Its description specifies a 3x Final Critical Multiplier while invisible, which is why maintaining the condition can produce such a dramatic payoff on attacks that are already critting.
Warframe Arcane Crepuscular: Use the invisibility test, not the stealth fantasy
A frame being thematically stealthy is irrelevant if the build spends most of combat visible. Crepuscular should be judged by actual invisibility uptime in the mission. If the state constantly breaks, another Arcane can outperform it simply by being active.
For Crepuscular, the build question is not simply ‘can this frame go invisible?’ It is ‘can this frame stay invisible while doing the thing I want to buff?’ That is why the Voruna compatibility fix matters. Any attack or cast that repeatedly removes the condition can turn a spectacular stat line into an Arcane that flickers on and off.
For Warframe Arcane Crepuscular, check the current reward screen or vendor before committing to another long farm. Warframe has multiple overlapping acquisition systems, and the fastest route is the one that is actually available to your account while also paying out something else you still need.
