What Do Fortnite Loot Hacker Sprites Do?
Every Loot Hacker variant keeps the base Sprite’s normal ability and adds the Loot Hacker bonus: increased chances of spawning items from your selected Loot Hacks. Current game-file reporting puts that bonus at 1.2x, or roughly a 20 percent increase to the relevant Loot Hack chance.
That makes Fortnite Loot Hacker Sprites more than a recolor. Gold variants focus on bonus Sprite XP and Cheat Master variants make in-world Cheat Code inputs easier, while Loot Hacker variants directly support the hacked loot system.
When Do the 14 New Loot Hacker Sprites Release?
The 14 remaining variants arrive during New Sprites Day on Thursday, September 10. Current release reporting places the reset at 6 AM PT / 9 AM ET / 2 PM BST.
Epic’s public weekly roadmap says Hacker Sprites are entering the loot pool that day. That wording is important because the September 3 update added the variants to the game files before making them collectible.
How to Get Loot Hacker Sprites
From September 10, the remaining Fortnite Loot Hacker Sprites will enter the loot pool. Current game-file reporting also shows a new Loot Hack that raises the chance of pulling a random Loot Hacker Sprite from Chests, giving collectors a progression route instead of relying only on completely blind luck.
The exact per-variant live drop rules should be treated as final only once New Sprites Day begins. Before September 10, only Loot Hacker Crown has a confirmed direct unlock method.
How to Get Loot Hacker Crown
Loot Hacker Crown is the exception because it is already live. Win with the base Crown Sprite equipped to unlock Cheat Master Crown, win with Cheat Master Crown to unlock Gold Crown, then win with Gold Crown equipped to unlock Loot Hacker Crown.
The sequence matters. Trading for a later Crown form or mastering it through another Sprite does not replace the specific progression requirement currently attached to the Crown chain.
Which Sprites Are Not Getting a Loot Hacker Variant?
Mega Man is the only current Chapter 7 Season 4 base Sprite excluded from the 15-variant Loot Hacker set. The full Loot Hacker collection instead covers Crown, Klombo, Jackrabbit, Killswitch, Tails, Sonic, Shadow, 8-Bit, Bush, Adventure, Jonesy, Storm Scout, X-Ray, Onigiri and Overshield.
Once the September 10 reset happens, that gives collectors 15 Loot Hacker entries rather than 14. The number can look confusing because 14 are new on Thursday while Crown released one week earlier.
Are Loot Hacker Sprites the Same as Loot Hacks?
No. Fortnite Loot Hacker Sprites are collectible Sprite variants. Loot Hacks are the separate Chapter 7 Season 4 system where Sprite Dust changes what special items can appear from Chests.
The two systems interact because equipping a Loot Hacker Sprite improves your Loot Hack chances, but collecting a Sprite does not automatically unlock every hacked weapon or item.
Best Way to Prepare for September 10
Use Mastery Monday on September 7 to build Sprite XP and Dust, finish current gaps in your collection and keep enough Dust available for the Loot Hack system. Then start opening Chests after the September 10 Sprite reset rather than wasting time hunting unreleased silhouettes beforehand.

Loot Hacker vs Gold and Cheat Master Sprites
Gold, Cheat Master and Loot Hacker are different bonuses layered onto the same base Sprite. Gold variants reward eliminations with extra Sprite XP. Cheat Master variants make the directional inputs at in-world Cheat Codes count as correct. Loot Hacker variants instead improve the chance of your selected Loot Hack items appearing.
That means the best variant depends on the job. A collector levelling a Sprite may prefer Gold, someone farming wall codes may want Cheat Master, while a player investing heavily in Loot Hacks gets the most direct value from Fortnite Loot Hacker Sprites.
