The Zenless Zone Zero Ding-Dong Delivery Training event is now live, giving players another way to earn free Polychrome simply by logging in, using Battery and helping Bangboo deliver special Wish Letters. The limited-time event began on August 28, 2026 and runs until September 14, making it an easy source of extra rewards before Version 3.2 arrives.
Unlike many Zenless Zone Zero events, there are no lengthy combat stages to grind through here. Progress in the Zenless Zone Zero Ding-Dong Delivery Training event is instead tied to collecting Wish Letters each day and delivering them through the Wish Post Office.
How to Start Zenless Zone Zero Ding-Dong Delivery Training
To take part in the Zenless Zone Zero Ding-Dong Delivery Training event, you need to have reached Inter-Knot Level 20 and completed Main Story Chapter 1 – Intermission.
Once you meet the requirements, head to Booastrum and speak to Batti. You will then be able to help the Bangboo deliver Wish Letters and start progressing through the event.
The event runs from August 28 at 10:00 a.m. server time until September 14 at 3:59 a.m. server time, giving players a little over two weeks to collect letters and earn the available Polychrome rewards.
How to Get Wish Letters in Zenless Zone Zero
Wish Letters are the main currency used during Zenless Zone Zero Ding-Dong Delivery Training, and there are two ways to receive them each day.
You can obtain one Wish Letter the first time you log into Zenless Zone Zero each day.
A second Wish Letter is awarded the first time you consume Battery that day.
This means you can obtain a maximum of two Wish Letters per day through the event’s daily activities.
For most active players, neither requirement should take much additional effort. Logging in awards the first letter automatically, while consuming Battery is already part of the normal daily progression loop for upgrading Agents, W-Engines and other resources.
If you are taking part specifically for the free Polychrome, it is worth remembering to complete both actions while Zenless Zone Zero Ding-Dong Delivery Training is available.
How to Get Free Polychrome From Ding-Dong Delivery Training
Free Polychrome is earned by delivering enough Wish Letters during the event.
As you collect letters from your daily login and Battery use, return to the event and help deliver them through the Wish Post Office. Reaching the required Wish Letter milestones unlocks Polychrome rewards.
This makes Zenless Zone Zero Ding-Dong Delivery Training particularly easy to fit around normal gameplay. You do not need to spend Polychrome or purchase anything to participate, and the activities needed to obtain your daily Wish Letters are things many players will already be doing.
HoYoverse has not tied Wish Letter acquisition to difficult combat scores or endgame challenges either, making the event accessible to relatively new players once they have reached Inter-Knot Level 20 and completed the required story chapter.
What Is the Wish Post Office?
The Wish Post Office is at the center of the Zenless Zone Zero Ding-Dong Delivery Training event.
During the event, Bangboo have been sending Wish Letters containing their hopes and requests. Batti in Booastrum needs the Proxy’s help to deliver those letters and make sure they reach the right destination.
The story setup is relatively simple, but the important part for rewards is collecting your available Wish Letters and delivering enough of them to reach the event’s Polychrome milestones.
Because Wish Letters are awarded through daily actions, checking the event regularly is the easiest way to keep your progress moving.
Zenless Zone Zero Ding-Dong Delivery Training Requirements
The requirements for the event are:
- Reach Inter-Knot Level 20
- Complete Main Story Chapter 1 – Intermission
- Speak to Batti in Booastrum to begin the event
Once unlocked, you can start collecting the daily Wish Letters immediately.
The first comes from logging in and the second from consuming Battery, with a maximum of two obtainable each day.
When Does Ding-Dong Delivery Training End?
The Zenless Zone Zero Ding-Dong Delivery Training end date is September 14, 2026 at 3:59 a.m. server time.
That gives players from August 28 until September 14 to collect Wish Letters, make deliveries and claim the available free Polychrome.
The event overlaps with the launch of Zenless Zone Zero Version 3.2 on September 9, so it will remain available for several days after the new update arrives.
If you are already logging into Zenless Zone Zero each day, this is one of the easiest current opportunities to pick up some additional Polychrome. Make sure you log in and consume Battery to collect both available Wish Letters each day, then use them to progress through Zenless Zone Zero Ding-Dong Delivery Training before the event ends.
