AEW’s All In PPV is set to be the largest show to date for the upstart promotion, with over 81,000 tickets sold at the time of the writing.

The event will take place in Wembley Stadium in London, England, and marks the first time that AEW has hosted an event overseas.

With All In being a historical event for the company, we can expect AEW to pull out all of the stops, but did a major surprise get spoiled ahead of the event?

AEW’s All In will see many of the top stars in the company perform in front of 81,000 fans in Wembley Stadium including CM Punk, Saraya, Britt Baker, and Sting, and it will be headlined by MJF Vs. Adam Cole for the AEW World Championship.

We can also expect to see some surprises during the show too and one of them may have been leaked early.

Mercedes Mone, formerly known as Sasha Banks, is currently signed to New Japan Pro Wrestling where she is a former IWGP Women’s Champion.

Mone was sidelined with an ankle injury in May that she suffered during a match with Willow Nightingale at NJPW Resurgence.

It was expected that Mercedes Mone would appear at the collaborative AEW X NJPW Forbidden Door PPV the following month, but any plans were scrapped following her injury.

Ahead of All In, Mercedes Mone posted some pictures on social media of her in London at various landmarks.

There has been no announcement made that Mone will be appearing at the show, so it is unusual that she would leak that she will be appearing.

It is possible that it is a hoax to work the fans or a subtle way to reveal she will be appearing to draw in viewers who may not follow AEW.

If she does appear it will be interesting to see whether she intends on wrestling as a one-time deal or whether she will become a more full-time performer alongside her work in New Japan Pro Wrestling.

Mone signing with AEW opens a lot of possibilities for matches and feuds against the likes of Britt Baker, Jamie Hayter, and Saraya. If she does appear it will likely be following the conclusion of the AEW Women’s Championship match which will see Toni Storm, Saraya, and Britt Baker challenge Hikaru Shida in a Four-Way Match.

AEW All In will air on Sunday, August 27, 2023, at 1 pm EST/6 pm BST on FITE in the US and DAZN PPV internationally. The Zero Hour pre-show will air one hour before the main show for free on YouTube and will feature Aussie Open vs. MJF and Adam Cole for the Ring Of Honor Tag Team Championships, and Jack Perry vs. Hook for the FTW Championship.
