Vampire Crawlers Death Parade: New Dungeons, Crawlers, Relics and Unlocks

Vampire Crawlers Death Parade

Vampire Crawlers Death Parade launched as a free update on October 12, 2026, bringing three dungeons, a new stage, two playable Crawlers and a collection of weapons, Relics, Gems and Arcanas. The update is available on the game’s supported platforms, including Steam, Xbox, PlayStation, Switch and mobile.

It’s a substantial addition for players who’ve already beaten the original final boss. Death Parade introduces ways to benefit from discarding cards, while special Relics let you change how many cards are dealt and make post-game challenges more demanding. You can disable those Relic effects again after unlocking them.

What’s new in Vampire Crawlers Death Parade?

Poncle’s October 12 release post confirms one new stage, three new dungeons, two Crawlers, two weapons, one weapon evolution, one utility card, four Gems, four Arcanas and two Relics. The update also adds additional card interactions around discarding and building Combos.

Vampire Crawlers Death Parade: How to reach the new dungeons

Defeat the original final boss first, then explore the world map to find the new post-game areas. Poncle specifically names Moongolow and Moongohigh as examples of the added dungeons. The first time you enter those areas, the game applies a smaller-hand modifier that changes the number of cards dealt at the beginning of each turn.

The Vampire Crawlers Death Parade areas don’t require buying DLC. Once you’ve found their associated Relic, you can decide whether to apply its modifier on other stages. This means the hand-size restriction isn’t permanently forced onto every run of your existing favourite dungeon.

How to unlock Big Troubler

The newly playable Big Troubler unlocks after you discard 500 cards. Discards count towards the milestone as you play, so builds that cycle unwanted cards can make progress naturally. His signature weapon, Unearthly Bolt, fires green lightning and can evolve into Spirit Disturbance, shown as a green dragon.

Big Troubler begins by discarding two cards and adding two Coin Purses to your hand. That gives him a distinctive approach focused on money generation, discarding and combos rather than simply drawing and playing every card as normal.

Sir Ambrojoe’s discard abilities

Sir Ambrojoe is the other new Crawler. He uses Switch to discard random cards in his hand and replace them immediately. Each discard can deal damage and grant Scavenger to another red card, making that card stronger as more cards are discarded during the encounter.

His weapon, La Robba, rains furniture on enemies and interacts with Scavenger and Bouncy. Luck can provide additional bounces. For Vampire Crawlers Death Parade players who enjoy building a combo rather than merely surviving a wave, Sir Ambrojoe’s discard engine is one of the biggest changes.

How the new Relics and Gems work

Death Parade includes two Relics that can be toggled after they’re unlocked, so you can continue accessing all of the new content without leaving their effects turned on. The changed Deal Count terminology now describes how many cards are dealt at the beginning of a turn, replacing older descriptions of hand size.

All four new Gems work with existing cards as well as the new equipment. Poncle also added four Arcanas and a utility card, opening more build combinations. You won’t need to start a new save from scratch just to use a new Gem in a card you already enjoy.

Does Vampire Crawlers Death Parade add achievements?

No additional Steam achievements were announced for this update, although it adds in-game unlocks. Poncle also adjusted Bone, Cherry Bomb and Heaven Sword so extra bounces can trigger based on Luck, improved the Thousand Edges animation and made hand sorting a persistent toggle.

Because of the way save conversion works, some people who were in the middle of a dungeon when updating may be returned to The Village. This is described as part of the update transition, not evidence that your entire progress has been deleted.

Is Death Parade available on mobile?

Yes. Vampire Crawlers launched on iOS and Android alongside the October 12 update and is also available on Steam, Xbox, PlayStation and Nintendo Switch. The free Death Parade content is part of the game on supported platforms. Mobile controls, purchasing and saves may differ from the PC edition.

The Vampire Crawlers Death Parade patch is free to existing players. For the complete feature announcement and balance fixes, see poncle’s official Steam announcements.
