Snezhnaya Hidden Teleport Waypoints in Genshin Impact: How to Unlock All 8

Snezhnaya Hidden Teleport Waypoints in Genshin Impact map guide

Snezhnaya Hidden Teleport Waypoints in Genshin Impact are easy to miss because eight of the region’s fast-travel points do not appear normally when you first reveal the Version 7.0 map. Most are unlocked by quests, while one at Fellfrost Peak can simply be reached and activated on foot.

The eight hidden points are spread across the Train Boneyard, House of Hesperides, Cavern of Prime Ice Mountain, Fellfrost Peak and a small island northwest of Glupov. Knowing which quest controls each one prevents a lot of wasted climbing and map searching.

Version 7.1 added a 61st Snezhnaya waypoint

The eight waypoints in this guide are the original hidden locations. Version 7.1 added another Teleport Waypoint beside the Guardian Blade of Drifting Snow at Fellfrost Peak, increasing the Across the Icebound Snowscape (I) achievement requirement from 60 to 61. Players who had already claimed the achievement keep their completion.

If your achievement shows 60/61, look for the newly added waypoint near the boss arena first. Our Guardian Blade of Drifting Snow guide covers the boss area. The Snezhnaya Hidden Teleport Waypoints in Genshin Impact listed below still explain how to reach the original eight locations, including the four inside House of Hesperides.

Fellfrost PeakTravel there on foot from the waypoint southwest of Svetloledovka station and activate it.

The four House of Hesperides markers count separately, which brings the table to all eight Snezhnaya Hidden Teleport Waypoints in Genshin Impact. You do not need to hunt each castle waypoint from the open world before starting the associated quest because they are revealed through progression inside the location.

Which hidden Snezhnaya waypoint does not need a quest?

Fellfrost Peak is the exception among the Snezhnaya Hidden Teleport Waypoints in Genshin Impact. Teleport to the waypoint southwest of the Svetloledovka station, follow the road uphill toward Fellfrost Peak and activate the red waypoint device when you reach it.

This original Fellfrost Peak waypoint is useful for exploring the area, but it is not the extra waypoint added beside Guardian Blade of Drifting Snow in Version 7.1. Activate the new boss-side point as well if you want a shorter return trip for Vesna material farming.

Train Boneyard hidden waypoint

The Train Boneyard entry in the Snezhnaya Hidden Teleport Waypoints in Genshin Impact list is tied to Disputes Without Honor and Humanity, part of the Mean Streets of Despicable World Quest series. If the waypoint is missing, continue that quest line rather than searching for an alternate tunnel.

House of Hesperides hidden waypoints

House of Hesperides contains four Snezhnaya Hidden Teleport Waypoints in Genshin Impact. They activate as you explore the castle during the Hesperides of Love and Hate quest series, making this single quest chain responsible for half of the region’s initially hidden markers.

Because the waypoints are inside a quest-controlled location, trying to reach their map positions from outside the castle will not replace the required progression. Follow the World Quest until the relevant interior areas open.

Cavern of Prime Ice Mountain hidden waypoint

The Cavern of Prime Ice Mountain waypoint is unlocked through the Snezhnaya Archon Quest during the section where you investigate the cavern with Odette. This is one of the Snezhnaya Hidden Teleport Waypoints in Genshin Impact that appears naturally through main-story progress rather than a separate exploration puzzle.

Small island northwest of Glupov waypoint

The small island waypoint cannot be reached normally at the start. Complete A Great Heart Fettered by Slender Chains to gain access to the island, then activate the final device as part of your exploration there.

How to tell whether a hidden waypoint is active

Inactive Snezhnaya Hidden Teleport Waypoints in Genshin Impact appear as red devices when you physically reach them. After interaction they become the normal blue marker and can be used from the map like any other Teleport Waypoint.

If one is still missing after you have covered the open-world Fellfrost waypoint, the cause is usually unfinished quest progress rather than a bug. Use the table above to match the missing area to its quest, and compare its location with the route and quest requirements above.
