Skate Parry Point Skatepark opens in Hedgemont with update 0.32.5 on October 13, 2026. It sits beside Blue Light Beach, near the upper Hedgemont seawall, overlooking the ocean. The new park is designed around street skating, with rails, stairs, hubbas and ledges rather than giant ramps.
If you’re looking for the Skate Parry Point Skatepark, you don’t need to take the ferry to another island. It’s part of the main San Vansterdam city area. The easiest starting point is the Hedgemont coastline, and EA’s official Parry Point images help identify what you’re searching for.
Where is Skate Parry Point Skatepark in Hedgemont?

EA places Skate Parry Point Skatepark near the upper seawall in Hedgemont, along Blue Light Beach. Open your San Van map after updating and find the Hedgemont district. From there, work towards the beach and the seawall. The rail and ledge-filled skate area is the new Parry Point location.
- Install update 0.32.5, released October 13.
- Locate Hedgemont on the city map.
- Head for the coastline around Blue Light Beach.
- Search along the upper seawall for the new park, using the official screenshot to recognise its rails, ledges and stairs.
The Skate Parry Point Skatepark announcement gives landmarks but doesn’t include an exact map pin or confirmed fast-travel marker. EA hasn’t published a numbered route through the streets either. The upper seawall and beach are the reliable directions; naming an exact marker without seeing the live map would mislead players.
Is Parry Point the Hedgemont RINQ construction site?
No. Skate Parry Point Skatepark isn’t the RINQ construction project shown at the old Hedgemont Community Park. Full Circle discussed that construction separately and has not said the fenced RINQ area will open on October 13. Parry Point is a new street park by Blue Light Beach.
Both projects being associated with Hedgemont makes them easy to confuse. If you’re outside a fenced construction site, that isn’t the park EA has shown for 0.32.5. Move towards the coast and upper seawall to look for the new playable street-skating area instead.
What is inside Parry Point Skatepark?
The Skate Parry Point Skatepark has a more grounded street layout than the large S.U.M.R. Camp ramps. It includes hubbas, rails, stairs, ledges and connected obstacles for building lines. Full Circle says it drew inspiration from well-known real skateboarding spots.
You can use the park for Spot Battles, Skate Jams or a simple session with friends. The ocean view also makes it a good place for filming clips. Start slowly and find the approach angle between obstacles before linking longer tricks at speed.

Does Parry Point need a Premium Pass or Rip Chips?
EA doesn’t list a premium entry fee for Skate Parry Point Skatepark. It’s part of Hedgemont in the main city, unlike ferry destinations such as Isle of Grom, S.U.M.R. Camp or The Stadium. You need the October 13 game update rather than buying a day ticket.
This matters especially on October 13, because Isle of Grom becomes temporarily unavailable at 6pm BST. The Grom closure doesn’t apply to Parry Point, so don’t mistake the unavailable ferry entry for a locked new skatepark.
What tricks should you try at Parry Point?
The Skate Parry Point Skatepark arrives alongside the 0.32.5 No Comply overhaul. EA has introduced a Straight No Comply, updated Frontside and Backside versions, and added a No Comply to Dark Catch continuation. Its street obstacles give you opportunities to try the timing changes.
- Link grinds along the rails and nearby ledges.
- Practise short gaps over the stairs and return to the rail line.
- Try the new Straight No Comply with a front-foot push and a quick right-stick downward flick.
- Add a Dark Catch into a Darkslide when you’re comfortable with the timing.
- Use Spot Battles or Skate Jams to turn the park into a multiplayer meeting point.
For now, Hedgemont’s upper seawall and Blue Light Beach are the clearest directions for Skate Parry Point Skatepark. Once you’re in the right neighbourhood, the new park’s street obstacle layout and ocean-side position should help distinguish it from other Skate locations.
