Silent Hill Townfall All Document and Clue Locations

Silent Hill Townfall All Document and Clue Locations

Silent Hill Townfall All Document and Clue Locations covers the 85 clues and documents that feed Townfall’s Discovery statistic and the Observation and Thorough Inspection trophies. Most of the set is missable because sections cannot be freely replayed from a chapter selector, so the safest approach is to clear each room, computer, printer and side building before crossing a point that pushes the story forward.

The table in Silent Hill Townfall All Document and Clue Locations follows the story from Arrival through Simon and groups multi-item computer interactions together so the route stays readable. When one interaction produces two discoveries, read or print both entries before leaving because simply opening the computer is not always enough to add every item to the total.

Keep the checklist open as you move through each part of the story. Some terminals contain several messages or printable items, so opening a computer once doesn’t necessarily mean you’ve collected everything there. The locations are arranged in story order to help you catch these entries before leaving an area.

Remote Systems Control manual added in Update 1.4.0

Konami’s October 8 patch added a collectible manual for the Remote Systems Control console in Part 6. You can refer to it while operating the controls. The checklist above already includes the Remote Systems Control interaction at the SWDP control room, but the patch announcement doesn’t clarify whether the new manual adds another entry to the game’s 85-discovery total. Pick up the manual when you reach the console, and check your in-game Discovery count rather than assuming an extra trophy collectible has been added.

For the rest of the patch, including the Aux Line changes and CEG Tower fixes, see our Silent Hill Townfall Update 1.4.0 patch notes.

The table has fewer rows than the game’s 85 discoveries because some locations award more than one item. Read each listed email, print both photograph files where required and combine the Grid of Codes pieces in your inventory. Finishing the interaction, rather than simply finding the room, is what counts towards your collection.

Which discoveries are easiest to miss

The most dangerous entries in Silent Hill Townfall All Document and Clue Locations are the ones placed just before forced transitions, inside optional apartments or behind a computer interaction that looks finished after the first email. Silent Hill Townfall All Document and Clue Locations makes the Harbour Notice in Clara Woods a useful example because moving the wrong way from the pier can push the story onward before you turn left to collect it.

Zoe’s House, the Clinic, the Medical Centre, Clara Woods apartments and CEG HQ all contain clusters in Silent Hill Townfall All Document and Clue Locations, so use Silent Hill Townfall All Document and Clue Locations as a small sweep for each area rather than grabbing only the item that advances the current objective. The Silent Hill Townfall Richard CEG HQ Walkthrough guide is especially useful for Richard’s CEG HQ section because several Part 5 discoveries sit around the same generator and projector route.

Computers, printers and combined clues

Some discoveries only register when you read an email, view a file or collect its printed copy. At Zoe’s House, read all three emails. At the press apartment, print both photographs. In Clara Woods, use the Ammonite Disk and collect the printed result before leaving the computer.

The two Grid of Codes entries in Silent Hill Townfall All Document and Clue Locations also need to be combined in the inventory to create the Complete Grid of Codes clue. That means merely picking up both scraps is not the last step, so perform the combine action before assuming the CEG HQ discovery chain is complete.

How the discoveries affect completion

Finishing Silent Hill Townfall All Document and Clue Locations supports the collectible trophies and also feeds the final Discoveries Found statistic used by the game’s ending logic. Silent Hill Townfall All Document and Clue Locations therefore has value beyond a trophy list on a thorough first run because investigation is one of the behaviours Townfall records across the playthrough.

The existing Silent Hill Townfall Guide explains the broader ending and missable structure, while Silent Hill Townfall All Document and Clue Locations stays focused on where the discovery items are. Keep a manual save before leaving a dense section if you are worried that a forced transition may lock a missed room behind you.

How to check a missing discovery

If your total is short after following Silent Hill Townfall All Document and Clue Locations, revisit your own notes by part rather than scanning all 85 names again. Silent Hill Townfall All Document and Clue Locations makes multi-entry computers, the two printed press photos, the combined Grid of Codes clue and late SWDP control-room files the first places worth checking because one physical location can account for several missing discoveries.

Do not assume New Game Plus will automatically preserve an uncollected item from Silent Hill Townfall All Document and Clue Locations as though you had already read it. Use the current playthrough to collect the discovery when possible, then let later runs concentrate on endings, trophies and the phone restrictions that are easier to plan separately.
