Rocket League Professional Yapper Title is a free Community Spotlight reward available from the start of Season 24 through September 30, 2026. You do not need to complete a challenge, buy Credits or watch a broadcast to claim it during the promotional window.
The title honours longtime Rocket League community member and RLCS caster herculyse. Because Rocket League Professional Yapper Title is distributed through the Shop rather than a Twitch campaign, the claim method is much simpler than the RLCS Drops players may already be collecting this month.

- Launch Rocket League after Season 24 begins.
- Open the Item Shop.
- Go to the Community Spotlight section.
- Find the Professional Yapper Player Title.
- Claim the title for free before September 30.
- Check your inventory and equip it from the Player Title customisation menu.
Psyonix confirms the Rocket League Professional Yapper Title reward and claim window in the official Season 24 announcement. The important deadline is September 30, so this is not a permanent free Shop item.
Is the Professional Yapper Title really free?
Yes. Rocket League Professional Yapper Title is explicitly described by Psyonix as free in the Community Spotlight tab. There is no announced Credit cost, Rocket Pass tier or paid bundle requirement attached to this specific reward.
That also means you should not need a creator code to unlock it. Season 24 has a separate Creator Drops system that uses redemption codes from participating YouTube and Twitch creators, but the Professional Yapper reward is listed independently as a Shop claim.
When does the free title expire?
Rocket League Professional Yapper Title is free from the Season 24 launch until September 30. Season 24 itself begins September 23 at 9 AM PT, giving players roughly one week to open the Community Spotlight section and claim the item.
Do not use the end date for the Run It Up or Bullet Ball events as the deadline for this reward. Those activities have different windows. The Rocket League Professional Yapper Title has its own September 30 cutoff.
Who is the Professional Yapper Title for?
The title is a community recognition item for herculyse, a longtime Rocket League community figure and RLCS caster. It follows the Community Spotlight format rather than being tied to a competitive placement or a gameplay accomplishment.
Once Rocket League Professional Yapper Title is claimed, it works like other Player Titles: it is a cosmetic label shown with your player identity. It does not affect matchmaking, MMR, car performance or reward eligibility.
What if the Professional Yapper Title is not showing?
If Rocket League Professional Yapper Title is not showing, first confirm Season 24 has actually started in your region and that the game is running the current version. The title is tied to the Season 24 launch window, so checking before the season switch can leave the Community Spotlight section unchanged.
If the season is live, reopen the Shop and look specifically for Community Spotlight rather than assuming the reward will appear in the normal featured tile. Restarting the game after installing version 2.76 is also sensible if the Shop cached an older layout.
Players chasing other free cosmetics at the same time can also check the Rocket League Creator Drop Codes tracker and the active RLCS Twitch Drops guide. Those use different claim systems, so keep each reward path separate.
If you claim the title before the deadline, there is no reason to keep revisiting the Shop for the same reward. Verify that Professional Yapper appears in your Player Titles inventory, equip it if you want to use it, and then move on to the other Season 24 rewards. The important part is getting the free claim registered before the Community Spotlight window closes.
