A real Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza is officially opening in 2027, bringing the fictional Five Nights at Freddy’s restaurant to life as a permanent immersive attraction in New Jersey.
American Dream announced the project on August 8, 2026 as part of the Five Nights at Freddy’s 12th anniversary celebrations. The venue is being developed with ScottGames and is intended to recreate Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza as a functioning restaurant and entertainment experience rather than simply creating a temporary FNAF-themed set.
The real Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza will include food, arcade games, animatronic performances and multiplayer experiences inspired by the survival horror gameplay that made Five Nights at Freddy’s famous.
Here is everything currently confirmed about the attraction, including its location, opening year and what fans will be able to find inside.
Where Is the Real Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza?

American Dream is a huge shopping and entertainment complex that already contains attractions including Nickelodeon Universe, DreamWorks Water Park, BIG SNOW and several other entertainment experiences.
The address and exact position of Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza within the complex have not yet been detailed publicly.
However, American Dream has already created an official Five Nights at Freddy’s page allowing fans to register for updates about the upcoming experience.

When Does the Real Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza Open?
The real Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza is scheduled to open in 2027.
An exact opening date has not yet been announced.
American Dream has also not revealed ticket prices, restaurant prices, opening hours or whether reservations will be required when the venue launches.
This means fans planning a trip should currently treat 2027 as the confirmed opening window rather than relying on any specific dates appearing elsewhere online.
More detailed opening information is expected closer to launch.
Is the Real Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza Permanent?
Yes. One of the most important details about the real Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza is that it is being developed as a permanent experience.
Five Nights at Freddy’s has previously appeared through temporary attractions and themed events, but the American Dream location is being billed as the world’s first permanent immersive restaurant experience based on the franchise.
That makes it significantly different from a short-term promotional installation or Halloween attraction.
American Dream is developing the venue alongside ScottGames with the aim of building an actual functioning version of Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza.
What Will Be Inside the Real Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza?
The real Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza will combine several different types of entertainment rather than operating as a conventional themed restaurant.
Confirmed plans include quick-service dining, arcade games, animatronic performances and multiplayer experiences inspired by Five Nights at Freddy’s survival horror gameplay.
American Dream has emphasised that authenticity will be a major part of the project, including both the animatronic performances and food.
The goal is effectively to allow fans to enter the sort of Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza they have seen throughout the games.
Will the Real Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza Have Animatronics?
Yes. Animatronics are officially part of the plans for the real Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza.
Freddy and the Fazbear Band will perform on the restaurant’s Main Stage.
That alone makes the attraction considerably more ambitious than a restaurant decorated with FNAF merchandise and artwork.
The animatronic performances are intended to recreate one of the most recognisable elements of Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza from the franchise.
Exactly which Fazbear Band characters will appear alongside Freddy has not yet been fully detailed in the announcement.
Will Foxy Be at the Real Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza?
Yes, Foxy has specifically been confirmed.
Foxy the Pirate will have a separate show located at Pirate Cove, while Freddy and the Fazbear Band perform on the Main Stage.
That means the real Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza is not simply getting one generic animatronic display.
Having both a Fazbear Band stage and a separate Pirate Cove setup suggests that American Dream is recreating several familiar elements associated with the fictional pizzeria.
More characters may be confirmed as development continues.
Will There Be FNAF Horror Experiences?
Yes. Despite functioning as a restaurant, the real Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza will also include interactive experiences inspired by Five Nights at Freddy’s horror gameplay.
American Dream has confirmed plans for multiplayer experiences based around the survival horror elements of the franchise.
Exactly how those experiences will work has not yet been revealed.
There is currently no confirmation of whether players will enter security-office-style environments, avoid animatronics, complete objectives or experience something completely new.
What is confirmed is that the attraction will go beyond dining and arcade machines by incorporating interactive FNAF gameplay concepts.
Will the Real Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza Have an Arcade?
Yes. An arcade is another confirmed feature of the real Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza.
Visitors will be able to eat, play arcade games and watch animatronic shows within the same attraction.
The individual arcade machines have not yet been revealed, so it remains unknown whether they will include custom Five Nights at Freddy’s games alongside conventional arcade titles.
Further information about the arcade will likely arrive as the 2027 opening approaches.
What Food Will Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza Serve?
Food will be served through a quick-service restaurant, but a full menu has not been announced.
Unsurprisingly, the idea of eating actual Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza is going to be one of the biggest attractions for fans, but American Dream has not yet revealed individual meals, pizza flavours, drinks, desserts or prices.
The team behind the attraction has said that food quality will be important to the experience.
Until an official menu appears, however, specific FNAF-themed food items should not be treated as confirmed.
Do You Need Tickets for the Real Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza?
Ticketing information has not yet been announced.
It is therefore unclear whether visitors will purchase admission to the entire attraction, book restaurant reservations, pay separately for interactive experiences or use another system.
American Dream currently allows fans to sign up for updates about the Five Nights at Freddy’s experience through its official website.
More information about entry, reservations and pricing is expected before the 2027 launch.
Is This the First Real Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza?
Five Nights at Freddy’s has had physical experiences before, but this will be the first announced permanent immersive Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza restaurant.
Previous FNAF experiences have included temporary attractions and Halloween events. In 2025, the franchise was featured at Universal’s Halloween Horror Nights, while other FNAF physical concepts have appeared over the years.
The American Dream project is different because it is intended to continue operating permanently rather than existing for a limited event.
That finally gives the fictional Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza a permanent real-world home.
Everything Confirmed About the Real Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza
The real Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza will open at American Dream in East Rutherford, New Jersey in 2027.
It is being developed with ScottGames as a permanent immersive Five Nights at Freddy’s restaurant and entertainment attraction. Plans currently include quick-service dining, an arcade, multiplayer survival horror experiences, Freddy and the Fazbear Band performing on the Main Stage and a separate Foxy the Pirate show at Pirate Cove.
An exact opening date, ticket prices, menu, opening hours and reservation system have not yet been revealed.
For a franchise built around the idea of surviving a night inside a fictional family pizzeria, the announcement is wonderfully ridiculous: in 2027, fans will finally be able to walk into a real Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza.
