Pokémon GO Wild Area 2026 Global Dates and Times are Saturday 14 and Sunday 15 November, from 10:00am to 6:00pm local time on both days. In the UK, that’s 10:00am to 6:00pm GMT, giving you eight hours each day to find mighty Pokémon, collect Safari Balls and take on Max Battles.
You don’t need to buy a ticket just to join the worldwide event. The optional Global ticket adds branching research, Incense encounters and extra bonuses. If you’re planning your weekend, the daily start time follows the clock where you play, not the earlier events in Japan or Mexico City.
Pokémon GO Wild Area 2026 Global Dates and Times: UK timetable
| Day | UK date | Hours (GMT) |
|---|---|---|
| Day one | Saturday 14 November | 10:00am–6:00pm |
| Day two | Sunday 15 November | 10:00am–6:00pm |
The Pokémon GO Wild Area 2026 Global Dates and Times follow your local clock. Britain is back on GMT in November, so there’s no additional time conversion. If you’re playing abroad, the event still starts at 10:00am wherever you are.
Which Max Battles happen on Saturday and Sunday?
Saturday: Dynamax Dialga and Gigantamax Duraludon. Sunday: Dynamax Palkia and Gigantamax Duraludon. Duraludon debuts in six-star Max Battles on both days, while the two Legendary Dynamax Pokémon have different event days. You must use Max-capable Pokémon for these battles.
Machamp wearing a modern jacket is available in three-star raids on both days. The five-star raid lineup changes, with Zekrom and White Kyurem on Saturday and Reshiram and Black Kyurem on Sunday. These are ordinary Gym raids, separate from the Power Spot Max Battles.
Pokémon GO Wild Area 2026 Global Dates and Times: Safari Ball deadline
All Trainers can collect GO Safari Balls by chance from PokéStops and Gym Photo Discs during event hours. They’re particularly helpful when a mighty Pokémon is hard to catch. Our Safari Balls guide explains how to obtain them and when they disappear.
When the worldwide event ends, unused GO Safari Balls become inaccessible in your inventory. Use them before 6:00pm on Sunday rather than saving them for the following week. Ticket holders can also receive hourly Supply Balloons with Safari Balls.
What do free and paid players receive?
Free players can access the Global encounters, Max Battles, Field Research, Safari Balls and up to three free Raid Passes per day from Gym Photo Discs. Their daily Max Particle collection limit increases to 1,600 during event hours.
The ticket costs US$11.99 or your local equivalent. It adds Steel-or-Dragon branching Special Research, boosted Shiny chances, additional Incense encounters including Latias and Latios, and up to six free Raid Passes daily. Ticket holders have a 3,200 daily Max Particle limit and extra Candy bonuses.
What comes after Wild Area Global?
The in-person Wild Area events take place in Sendai and Mexico City from 6 to 8 November. The Global weekend follows on 14–15 November. Then Dynamax Trails runs from 16 November at 10:00am until 23 November at 8:00pm local time.
Eternamax Eternatus appears at most Power Spots during Dynamax Trails on 21 November from 11:00am to 2:00pm. That three-hour window isn’t part of the Pokémon GO Wild Area 2026 Global Dates and Times, so players collecting Eternatus Candy and Candy XL should plan for the following weekend too.
Pokémon GO Wild Area 2026 Global Dates and Times: can you play all day?
The main gameplay and event bonuses run for eight hours each day, not around the clock. Some paid-ticket trade bonuses cover the entire calendar day, but they don’t extend the main featured encounters past 6:00pm.
