Sony is refreshing the PlayStation Black Friday sale 2026 at midnight GMT on Monday 16 November. New titles join and some existing offers are replaced. If nothing in the first wave takes your fancy, have another look then.
If something you’ve been watching is already a good price, take a look at its own deadline before deciding to wait. Conversely, if there’s nothing you want in the first wave, it’s worth looking again on the 16th. Sony hasn’t promised that any particular title will be cheaper after the refresh.
PlayStation Black Friday sale 2026: why do some deals end on 20 November?
Sony has confirmed that some games lose their sale price at 11:59 PM GMT on Friday 20 November. That’s ten days before the overall promotion ends. It doesn’t mean every deal disappears at that point.
That doesn’t mean everything disappears on the 20th. It means selected products have their own shorter windows. If you see a game you want, open its full product listing and look for the offer’s expiry information. Don’t assume the big ‘ends 30 November’ date on the sale page applies to that individual discount.
Does PlayStation Black Friday sale 2026 include PS5 consoles or PS Plus?
Not automatically. Sony’s 3 November announcement is about digital PlayStation Store software discounts. It doesn’t itself confirm a price cut on a physical PS5 console, a DualSense controller, PlayStation Portal or other hardware.
