Playhood Halloween 2026 runs through November 9, 2026. Camp Blackwood has ghost hunting, the Headless Horseman’s Hallows Shop and a returning nightmare maze, while Harvestfall brings Pumpkinhead’s Farm and a Wishing Fountain with a rare seasonal halo.

There are several ways to earn Candy before the deadline, but different activities have different timers. Here are the confirmed rewards and the places worth visiting before the event leaves.

Playhood Halloween 2026 end date and deadline

The creator confirmed that both the Halloween and Harvestfall events end on November 9, 2026. No exact UK closing time or time zone was provided. Finish your seasonal activities and shop purchases in advance rather than relying on the last hour of the event.

The new Adoption Centre, baby roles and 500-Cash stroller aren’t seasonal rewards. They arrived in the October 30 update but belong to Playhood’s permanent family roleplay changes.

Camp Blackwood locations in Playhood Halloween 2026

Camp Blackwood opened with the October 4 update. You can hunt ghosts at Blackwood Mansion, visit the Hallows Shop run by the Headless Horseman and enter Nightmare Manor to reach the Maze of Nightmares.

Playhood’s map was overhauled on October 16, so a guide to the older Haunted Graveyard from 2024 won’t necessarily take you to the right place. Head into the current version of Playhood to find Camp Blackwood, rather than relying on an old screenshot of the map.

How to earn Playhood Halloween 2026 Candy

Candy is an event currency, separate from the Cash used in other shops. PlayhoodOwner has confirmed these methods:

ActivityConfirmed reward or cooldown
Headless Horseman50 Candy every 3 hours, claimed using the prompt
Blackwood Mansion Ghost HuntCandy for catching ghosts; ghosts respawn every 3 minutes
Apple BobbingChance of Candy at Pumpkinhead’s Farm entrance
Sad Bacon’s lost-items questCandy every few hours after collecting items
Wishing FountainOne wish every 2 hours; Candy is one possible outcome
Maze of NightmaresCandy, badges and a trophy for escaping
Playhood Halloween 2026 Candy sources confirmed in the creator’s update log.

The most straightforward fixed reward is the Headless Horseman’s prompt. You get 50 Candy and must wait three hours before another claim. That’s not an unlimited source of Candy: clicking repeatedly doesn’t bypass the timer.

Blackwood Mansion ghosts respawn every three minutes. Catch them to earn Candy, but the developer hasn’t listed an exact reward amount for each ghost. Apple Bobbing at Pumpkinhead’s Farm entrance is another way to earn Candy, though not every attempt guarantees it.

Sad Bacon’s October 16 quest asks you to find his lost items. It awards Candy and can pay out again after a wait of a few hours. The official notes don’t give a complete set of locations for those items.

Playhood Halloween 2026 Hallows Shop items

The Headless Horseman’s shop sells four named seasonal items for Candy: Ghostify Ghoul, which turns you invisible when tapped or clicked; a huggable Halloween Teddy; the roleplay Ghost Bag; and the returned Candy Bag (2024). The last item was added on October 16.

The update log doesn’t include individual prices. Check the current shop menu for costs before spending your Candy. These purchases are different from ordinary Cash items.

Playhood Halloween 2026 Shadow’s Embrace Halo

The Shadow’s Embrace Halo is the 2026 Harvestfall reward at the Wishing Fountain. It has a 5% chance per wish. You can wish once every two hours, and other outcomes include Cash, Candy or nothing. The 2025 Halloween Halo was archived when this year’s event opened.

For the halo’s cooldown and the differences between previous rewards, see our Shadow’s Embrace Wishing Fountain guide. A single wish never guarantees the halo.

How to enter the Maze of Nightmares

Head to Nightmare Manor in Camp Blackwood and enter it to teleport to the returning Maze of Nightmares. The creator recommends using the Camping Lantern because the maze is extremely dark. Finding the exit earns the 2023 and 2024 Halloween Maze badges, a trophy and Candy.

There isn’t a verified turn-by-turn maze map in the developer notes. Also, don’t confuse this maze with Harvestfall’s Hedge Maze, which is a different activity awarding a badge and Cash.

Pumpkinhead’s Farm and other Harvestfall activities

Pumpkinhead’s Farm arrived in September with Apple Bobbing at the entrance and a Hedge Maze. The Barn opened later, adding Potion Brewing, a competitive activity in which the highest-scoring player earns Cash. Those prizes aren’t the seasonal Candy currency.

The Wishing Fountain is part of that Harvestfall area and offers a chance of Cash or Candy alongside the halo. It is worth visiting when your two-hour cooldown finishes, but the rewards are not guaranteed.

What to finish before Playhood Halloween 2026 ends

Start with the limited rewards. Collect the Headless Horseman’s Candy when available, catch ghosts, try Apple Bobbing and Sad Bacon’s quest, and spend your Candy in the Hallows Shop. Make time for the Maze of Nightmares if you want its badges and trophy.

Then make another Wishing Fountain attempt when your cooldown is ready, and use the Halloween Photo Booth at Pumpkinhead’s Farm before November 9. The new adoption and family roleplay features are separate from the events, so those can wait.
