Phasmophobia Crimson Eye 2026 rewards can be earned until Sunday, November 1. Play on one of eight Blood Moon locations, investigate the ghost, complete optional objectives and hunt down totems to build event points for personal and community prizes.
The Phasmophobia Crimson Eye 2026 rewards include a seasonal tee, the Beholder ID Card and Badge, a Blood Moon charm and an upgradeable trophy. The original Crimson Eye Twitch tee Drop finished on October 15, but the main event is still running. Check the event board for the goals that remain on your account.
Phasmophobia Crimson Eye 2026 rewards: start date and end date

The Halloween event began on October 8 and ends on November 1. Update v0.19.1.0 arrived a day earlier and introduced a Seasonal Event toggle, letting you choose whether the themed map variants appear in your sessions.
If the Blood Moon maps are missing, update your game and check the Seasonal Event toggle in your lobby. Only the eight selected locations count towards Crimson Eye, so confirm your chosen map before starting an investigation.
Which locations are in the Crimson Eye event?
Phasmophobia Crimson Eye 2026 rewards are earned on eight featured locations. Kinetic Games has confirmed 6 Tanglewood Drive, 42 Edgefield Road, Grafton Farmhouse, 13 Willow Street, Bleasdale Farmhouse, Point Hope, Camp Woodwind and Nell’s Diner. Point Hope is included in its standard form only, so the restricted version is not part of the event rotation.
The event is limited to those eight locations. Nell’s Diner joins the Halloween rotation this year, while the reworked versions of 6 Tanglewood Drive and 13 Willow Street also receive the Blood Moon treatment. Playing outside that list will not contribute the same Crimson Eye event progress.

Phasmophobia Crimson Eye 2026 rewards: how Blood Moon points work
To earn Phasmophobia Crimson Eye 2026 rewards, play on the featured locations and complete its event activities. Kinetic says players will hunt Blood Moon totems, complete investigations and finish optional objectives while dealing with Blood Moon weather. The event therefore rewards actually completing useful investigation tasks rather than simply loading into an affected map and leaving.
Blood Moon weather also changes the pressure of a contract. Kinetic describes the weather as making ghosts more threatening, so the seasonal maps are not just a cosmetic red reskin. If you are trying to build points efficiently, choose event locations you already know well, identify the ghost cleanly and complete optional objectives you can finish without throwing away a successful run.
Personal rewards and community rewards

Phasmophobia Crimson Eye 2026 rewards are divided between personal and community progression. Kinetic has confirmed a seasonal event tee, the Beholder ID Card and Badge set, the Blood Moon charm and the upgradeable event trophy. The personal side gives individual players something concrete to work toward even while the wider community total is progressing.
The trophy is not a completely separate 2026 replacement. If you already unlocked the Crimson Eye trophy in an earlier year, your new progress upgrades that existing trophy. Kinetic specifically says returning players continue earning points and upgrades rather than receiving another duplicate trophy.
How the Crimson Eye Twitch Drop works
The first week of the event also had a Twitch Drop campaign, but its window ended on October 15. From the moment the event begins until 11:59 PM BST on October 15, watching a total of two hours of Phasmophobia streams can earn the Crimson Eye tee. Kinetic says the campaign applies across Phasmophobia streamers, so the requirement is watch time rather than completing an in-game contract.
That Crimson Eye tee campaign has ended, so the old two-hour watch requirement cannot be completed now. The Click already has a separate Phasmophobia Twitch Drop setup guide from the sixth anniversary campaign, and the same basic account-linking checks are useful here.
Advocate Twitch Drop: October 26 to November 2
Kinetic Games has announced a second Phasmophobia Twitch Drop campaign for Ghost Hunts 4 Hearts, running from October 26 through November 2, 2026. Participating fundraising streamers can distribute the exclusive Advocate ID Card and Badge while streaming Phasmophobia. This is different from the first-week Crimson Eye tee Twitch Drop, which ended at 11:59 PM BST on October 15.

Use Phasmophobia’s Twitch Drops button to connect your account, then check the current campaign and watch requirement in Twitch Drops Inventory. The original Crimson Eye tee needed two hours, but that doesn’t carry over to this separate reward.
Kinetic also tied an animated Advocate set to a separate fundraising goal. Check the fundraiser’s current progress before assuming that additional cosmetic has unlocked.
How to earn Phasmophobia Crimson Eye 2026 rewards
To work towards Phasmophobia Crimson Eye 2026 rewards, start with one of the eight confirmed event locations and treat a successful investigation as the priority. Search for Blood Moon totems while you work, take care of optional objectives that fit the ghost and map, and avoid sacrificing a nearly complete contract just to force one risky task. Event points are tied to playing the event properly, so consistent completed runs should be more useful than chaotic resets.
If progress seems slow, stick to maps you know well and complete optional objectives you can manage safely. Finishing a contract and collecting event points matters more than starting several investigations and abandoning them.
Is Crimson Eye 2026 different from the 2025 event?
Phasmophobia Crimson Eye 2026 rewards follow the familiar Blood Moon structure, but this year’s map list has changed. Nell’s Diner joins the seasonal locations, Tanglewood and Willow appear in their reworked forms, and returning trophy owners continue upgrading the trophy they already earned rather than starting again.
Phasmophobia Crimson Eye 2026 rewards remain available on eight themed maps until November 1. The double-XP week ended October 22; Ghost Hunts 4 Hearts is a separate charity campaign. Check the event board for current goals and reward progress.
Phasmophobia Crimson Eye 2026 rewards: double XP and charity dates
The October 15–22 double-XP and rewards promotion has ended. It was separate from Crimson Eye’s November 1 finish, so you can still earn event points without the bonus.
Ghost Hunts 4 Hearts runs from October 26 through November 1 in support of the American Heart Association. The fundraiser is running now. Check the current Twitch campaign for its active reward requirements and any unlocked fundraising milestone.
