NIKKE Rapunzel Sanctuary is the free Pilgrim SSR arriving with the fourth-anniversary update on October 29, 2026. The publisher says you can earn up to four copies without spending Gems on a featured banner: one from the anniversary login and up to three more by choosing her from anniversary selection boxes.
The important part is that the boxes are choices. Every time you select Chime, Rapunzel: Pure Grace or Snow White: Innocent Days instead, that’s one fewer Sanctuary copy for your limit break. Here’s what you can claim, when each reward unlocks and what to look for if you want all four.
How to get NIKKE Rapunzel Sanctuary for free
After October 29 maintenance, log in and open the 4th Anniversary event from the Lobby. Claim one NIKKE Rapunzel Sanctuary immediately, plus 10 Advanced Recruit Vouchers, 10 Selective Recruitment Exclusive Vouchers and the 4th Anniversary Present. The event ends November 19 at 04:59 KST, or November 18 at 7:59 PM in the UK.
For extra copies, collect the 4th Anniversary Nikke Selection Boxes. The official patch notice identifies one for finishing the MARIA-n story and Challenge Missions, and one for collecting 14 days of TO THE ENDPOINT login rewards. The publisher has announced enough anniversary selections for three additional copies overall, but the English patch notice doesn’t identify every separate claim screen. Check the Anniversary Present and the event reward panels after launch before assuming you’ve missed the last box.
NIKKE Rapunzel Sanctuary: four-copy checklist
Your NIKKE Rapunzel Sanctuary checklist is: (1) claim the direct anniversary login gift, (2) complete MARIA-n’s story and Challenge Missions for its selection box, (3) finish 14 days of TO THE ENDPOINT for another box, and (4) claim the remaining anniversary selection reward shown in the in-game event menus. Choose Rapunzel: Sanctuary in all three boxes to reach four copies. The location of that remaining reward needs confirming once the event opens.

What are NIKKE Rapunzel Sanctuary skills and role?
NIKKE Rapunzel Sanctuary is a Pilgrim / Fire / Supporter / Rocket Launcher / Burst II unit. Her weapon is Holy Grace. The published character description says her attacks heal allies and raise team attack damage; her Burst strengthens the team’s offence further. That’s enough to understand her role, although the final percentages and cooldowns need the playable character screen.
She’s a healing and damage-support option in the Burst II slot, so the value of building her depends on the other supports you own. Don’t spend scarce Skill Manuals based on an untested damage ranking. First claim the free copy, inspect her final abilities and decide whether improving Sanctuary or collecting a missing Pilgrim will help your account more.
Should you choose four NIKKE Rapunzel Sanctuary copies?
Four total NIKKE Rapunzel Sanctuary copies let you fully limit-break the new anniversary Supporter. That is appealing if she’s going to be a long-term member of your team. But if you’re missing Chime, Rapunzel: Pure Grace or Snow White: Innocent Days, one of those guaranteed characters could give your account more flexibility than another duplicate.
If you’re unsure, leave the unopened selection box in your inventory until you’ve checked your roster and the item’s own expiry rules. You’re getting one Sanctuary from the login regardless. The boxes are the only part that asks you to choose between a full limit break and widening your character collection.
When does NIKKE Rapunzel Sanctuary leave the event?
The free NIKKE Rapunzel Sanctuary event runs from after October 29 maintenance until November 19 at 04:59 KST. After the event, the full character is not due to enter Ordinary Recruit or Mold recruitment. The patch notes say her Spare Body will be available in the Mileage Shop, which is a different way of improving a copy you already own.
Make sure you’re choosing Rapunzel: Sanctuary, not Rapunzel: Pure Grace. They’re different SSRs despite the similar names. If Sanctuary is your limit-break target, you need the new anniversary version selected in each relevant box.
