Modern Warfare 4 Warzone integration starts on November 6 at 5 AM GMT with Season 1. Modern Warfare 4 weapons and progression enter Call of Duty: Warzone, alongside Hajin for Battle Royale, Zodiac for Resurgence, and the returning Verdansk and Rebirth Island maps.

The same update changes the treatment of older guns and Operator skins. It also ends Warzone support for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, so returning players should check their platform and favourite blueprints before the season begins.

Activision has confirmed midnight Eastern Time on Friday, November 6, which converts to 5 AM GMT in Britain. The new content arrives through Warzone’s seasonal update, not through the October 29 Possession playlist. Warzone is free to play: buying the MW4 campaign or Multiplayer isn’t required to open its free-to-play modes.

A separate Warzone roadmap is scheduled for November 2. It will cover additional map features, playlists and integration details. The roadmap’s publication is not a second release date; the announced opening for the season remains November 6.

Modern Warfare 4 Warzone integration: Hajin, Zodiac and returning maps

Hajin is a Battle Royale environment connected to the setting used by MW4’s DMZ. Its Battle Royale objectives should not be confused with DMZ extraction missions. See our Hajin guide for verified details.

Zodiac is a separate Resurgence map focused on a DRC Advanced Systems facility, with a train among its featured elements. Verdansk and Rebirth Island return too. The Zodiac map guide covers its points of interest.

Modern Warfare 4 Warzone integration: new weapons and free tiers

The Season 1 Battle Pass brings the Cronen Osprey Assault Rifle at free Tier 16 and the CSG-35 SMG at free Tier 36. The Cronen Osprey has a listed 882 RPM rate of fire, while the CSG-35 fires at 1,200 RPM and favours short ranges. Weapon blueprints also appear at Tiers 87 and 73.

The MW4 weapons in Warzone guide covers the integration. Season 1 also offers a JAK 12 shotgun and ZLR Talonhawk melee weapon through later events, not the same two free Battle Pass tiers.

Modern Warfare 4 Warzone integration: legacy weapons and Gunsmith changes

Weapons from Modern Warfare II, Modern Warfare III, Black Ops 6 and Black Ops 7 remain available through a Legacy tab. However, old custom loadouts and unrestricted Gunsmith changes no longer function in the same way. Instead, eligible base guns get unlockable five-attachment variants, while eligible existing blueprints retain their predefined attachments.

Modern Warfare 4 Warzone integration preserves eligible older blueprints and Operator skins, with new visibility controls for legacy cosmetics. For the full item rules, see our carry-forward guide before deleting a saved setup or assuming an older blueprint is gone.

Modern Warfare 4 Warzone integration: Operator Skin Toggle and previous-gen consoles

The Operator Skin Toggle allows you to display opposing players and squadmates using legacy or crossover outfits as MW4 Operators on your own screen. It is off by default and doesn’t change what those players actually own or equip. Your own selected Operator remains your choice.

PS4 and Xbox One Warzone support ends with Season 1. Even if your old cosmetics remain associated with the account, those consoles cannot continue into the new Warzone chapter. Use a supported platform to play after November 6.

Modern Warfare 4 Warzone integration: Battle Pass and Wager Match

The Battle Pass has a linear 100-tier track. Premium costs 1,100 COD Points or 2,400 COD Points for the bundle, and qualifying premium buyers receive automatic catch-up to the reward matching the season day, capped at day 50. It isn’t a free grant of every tier. See our catch-up guide.

Warzone players can participate in the Wager Match event alongside Multiplayer and DMZ. Earn Trophies, compete for placement and work towards Apex attachments, weapon blueprints, camos and skins. The event explicitly doesn’t use real-world money or items of real-world value.

The November 2 Warzone briefing is the next official source of additional details. Modern Warfare 4 Warzone integration remains set for November 6 at 5 AM GMT; for the multiplayer and X01 DMZ programme, see the Season 1 guide.
