LEGO Fortnite Brick or Treat runs from October 15 through November 12, 2026, with three weekly Journal rewards and two Halloween Creator Builds. The Kraken props arrived on October 15, Calcitor’s Jaws opened October 22, and Count Brickula’s Crypt is due October 29. The first two sets of quests are playable now, so you can collect the decorations instead of just waiting for the next release.

The weekly Journal quests and Creator Builds work differently. Completing the Journal rewards unlocks new decoration pieces, while the featured-build pop-up gives you the separately credited prefabs by Bakeneco and Kaz. Here’s the actual quest list, material requirements and the steps to claim the current rewards.

October 22 Calcitor’s Jaws: 5 decorations Kaz’s Haunted Cheese Hideaway
October 29 Count Brickula’s Crypt: 4 decorations None additionally announced
November 5–12 Community-reported catch-up week Older build claims unconfirmed
November 12 Event ends Final Epic Games deadline

The October 15, 22 and 29 releases and November 12 deadline are confirmed by Epic. The catch-up week comes from the independent OdysseyWiki event timetable. The LEGO Fortnite Brick or Treat Journal is the best place to establish what is currently available to complete in your world.

How to access the Brick or Treat Journal

Enter LEGO Fortnite Odyssey and open the seasonal Journal. Find the Tricky Treater’s Halloween challenges, select the active weekly quest and track the counter. When you finish the last quest of a set, check the Journal for the parts-bundle reward, then open the Build Menu for the unlocked decorations.

For LEGO Fortnite Brick or Treat, the final material collection task unlocks the themed pieces. If a prop asks for more resources when you place it, follow the Build Menu’s recipe. A Creator Build is not earned from those objectives; claim that from the featured-build prompt instead.

LEGO Fortnite Brick or Treat Week 1: the Kraken quests

Quest Objective
The Bling from Beneath Craft a Gem Fishing Rod
Tricky Treats Craft 3 Bait Buckets
Hang Ten-tacles Catch 3 Jellyfish or Cuddle Fish
The Kraken Rises Gather 24 items: Obsidian Slabs, Glass, Wooden Rods and Vines

The first week is built around fishing. Make your Gem Fishing Rod at a Crafting Bench, then use a Mixer for the three Bait Buckets. Catch either Jellyfish near the Shore or Cuddle Fish at suitable fishing areas. The final resource objective includes items made at a Stone Breaker, Smelter and Lumber Mill, plus Vines gathered from bushes.

The community’s Journal transcription gives a 24-item total without a reliable breakdown for each resource. Use your tracked objective for those quantities. Our Kraken guide covers the preparation, fishing and bundle claim.

LEGO Fortnite Brick or Treat Week 2: Calcitor’s Jaws

Quest Objective
Skele-Ton of Fun Defeat 10 Skeletons
Bad To The Bone Defeat 5 Bone Wolves
Claw-M and Get It Gather 10 Wolf Claws
Calcitor’s Jaws Beckon Gather 2 Mahogany, 4 Obsidian and 24 Marble Slabs

Bone Wolves may appear as Skeleton Wolves in the quest tracker. Skeletons can be hunted at night or inside caves, and wolves drop the claws needed for the third challenge. In the final task, chop Mahogany in the Lost Isles, mine Obsidian in Dry Valley lava caves and process cave Marble into Slabs with a Stone Breaker.

That is 30 materials in total. You need 24 finished Marble Slabs; raw Marble won’t meet the item’s requirement. The full Calcitor’s Jaws walkthrough explains the tool grades, collection route and where to find the five props once the final quest is complete.

LEGO Fortnite Brick or Treat Week 3: Count Brickula’s Crypt

October 29 brings the last four decorations: a coffin, a gargoyle and two gravestones. Epic has announced the contents but not the Week 3 quest list or building materials. Those requirements aren’t available to verify on October 23, so there is no reliable recipe to prepare yet.

LEGO Fortnite Brick or Treat Creator Builds: claiming the free prefabs

Bakeneco’s Pumpkin Juggernaut was the featured build from October 15; Kaz’s Haunted Cheese Hideaway followed October 22. Epic says to enter Odyssey and tap the featured-build pop-up to claim the free design. Each comes with a Creator Crest that credits its maker, and a claimed design can be found in your build collection.

The LEGO Fortnite Brick or Treat update doesn’t include a published construction recipe for Haunted Cheese Hideaway or an official guarantee that a dismissed pop-up can always be reopened. Check the current featured offer and your owned builds, then use the in-game build interface for placement costs.

LEGO Fortnite Brick or Treat catch-up: missed quests and builds

The community calendar describes November 5–12 as the catch-up period for missed Journal weeks. Epic confirms the event ends November 12 but doesn’t explicitly say that expired Creator Build offers return on those dates. Look in the Journal for missed quest chains and check the Creator Builds pop-up separately.

LEGO Fortnite Brick or Treat Halloween creatures and riddles

Epic has also announced a Jack-o’-Lantern moon, mysterious creatures and Halloween riddles on its social channels. The independent wiki lists alien and zombie variants of cows, chickens and sheep, but Epic hasn’t provided a definitive public collection guide or complete riddle answers. These are side activities, not required stages of the Kraken or Calcitor’s Jaws quest chains.

If you’re collecting every reward, finish whichever Journal quests are currently open, claim the separate Creator Build when offered and check back on October 29 for the Crypt release.
