Count Brickula’s Crypt arrives in LEGO Fortnite Odyssey on October 29, 2026, bringing a coffin, a gargoyle and two gravestones. This is the final four-piece Journal reward bundle from Brick or Treat. The October 29 quests are not playable yet on October 23, so there are no verified enemy objectives or ingredient totals to farm ahead of time.

You’ll earn the decorations by completing the seasonal Journal quests, rather than buying a Creator Build. If you’re already collecting the Kraken and Calcitor’s Jaws pieces, the Crypt set finishes the three-week lineup before Brick or Treat ends on November 12.

When does Count Brickula’s Crypt unlock?

The coffin, gargoyle and two gravestones appear in the third Brick or Treat reward week, beginning October 29. Look for the new quests in Odyssey’s Halloween Journal.

The October 15 Journal starts with Kraken rewards; the Crypt decorations won’t be available until October 29. Brick or Treat ends November 12.

The four Count Brickula’s Crypt decorations are one coffin, one gargoyle and two gravestones. You can place them individually in Odyssey’s building mode after claiming their Journal rewards.

A coffin would look at home inside a stone cellar or a tiny crypt, while the gargoyle makes a great entrance ornament. Place the two gravestones together or scatter them along a path if you want the area to look like an old, overgrown burial ground.

How to earn Count Brickula’s Crypt in Odyssey

Enter LEGO Fortnite Odyssey on or after October 29 and open the Brick or Treat Journal. Find the Halloween quests added for that week, complete the displayed objectives and claim the decorations through their rewards.

Once the October 29 quests open, select each reward in the Brick or Treat Journal to see its objective. Complete the relevant quests and claim the pieces there.

If you started the event late, check the earlier Journal rewards too. The Kraken set arrived first and Calcitor’s Jaws follows a week before the Crypt pieces, so you can build a bigger Halloween collection rather than treating the final rewards as a separate event.

Where to find the decorations after claiming them

Once you’ve collected Count Brickula’s Crypt from the Journal, open Odyssey’s building interface and look for the Halloween decorations. Use the placement preview to find enough space for the coffin and gargoyle before deciding where to put your gravestones.

You can get plenty of effect from a small build. A path with two gravestones, a low stone wall and the gargoyle above an entrance is enough to set the mood. If you’re building a larger haunted settlement, put the coffin indoors and save the other pieces for the grounds outside.

Can you combine the Crypt props with Creator Builds?

Yes. Bakeneco’s Pumpkin Juggernaut is the Creator Build for October 15, and Kaz’s Haunted Cheese Hideaway follows on October 22. Both belong to the same Halloween event, but their claim process is separate from the Journal quests for the decoration bundles.

You could decorate the area around Haunted Cheese Hideaway with the coffin, gargoyle and gravestones, or use Count Brickula’s Crypt as the starting point for a completely new build. Nothing in Epic’s announcement says you must own either featured Creator Build to unlock the four Journal props.

What if Count Brickula’s Crypt isn’t appearing?

First check that October 29 has arrived and your game has the current update. Then enter Odyssey and open the Halloween Journal, not the Battle Royale quest page or the Item Shop. The Crypt decorations are part of the final Journal rewards.

If you’ve completed an objective but can’t find the decoration, return to the Journal and check whether its reward still needs claiming. Claimed pieces can then be placed through Odyssey’s Build Menu.

Brick or Treat 2026 rewards calendar

The event begins October 15 with the Kraken set, adds Calcitor’s Jaws on October 22 and releases Count Brickula’s Crypt on October 29. November 12 is the end of Brick or Treat, so there’s a clear window for collecting the seasonal pieces.

A small graveyard can fit beside an existing path: place the two gravestones first, then add the gargoyle near an entrance and the coffin in a sheltered area.

Count Brickula’s Crypt: what can you unlock on October 29?

Count Brickula’s Crypt is confirmed as a set of four decorations. Epic has identified the pieces and release date, but it has not provided the in-game quest sequence, unlock costs or precise placement recipes. When the October 29 release starts, open LEGO Fortnite Odyssey and check the seasonal Brick or Treat Journal for the new objectives, then claim the reward and look for its pieces in the Build Menu.

The Halloween event finishes November 12. A community-maintained schedule lists November 5–12 as a catch-up window, although the exact availability of missed quests still needs confirmation from the game itself. That’s worth checking if you don’t play during the first days of Count Brickula’s Crypt.

Which earlier materials belong to other weeks?

The October 22 Calcitor’s Jaws walkthrough requires Skeletons, Bone Wolves, ten Wolf Claws, two Mahogany, four Obsidian and 24 Marble Slabs. Those figures do not establish what Count Brickula’s Crypt will need. Week 1’s Kraken quest chain has fishing and a separate 24-material requirement.

For now, follow the Brick or Treat event hub for dates and the playable walkthroughs. Once Week 3 becomes available, the new Journal panel will show the exact requirements for the Crypt set.
