To farm Last Stop Ocean Tokens, begin a World 1 run and progress until you reach the Ocean Biome at around 17,000 meters. Once the area begins, find the Oil Rig and start clearing its floors.
The Oil Rig currently contains three named enemy types: Oil Workers, Oil Officers and Oil Drillers. Defeating these enemies can give you the tokens used by the Ocean Spin.
The lower floors are the easiest place to start. As you climb, the enemies become more difficult, so make sure you have enough health, ammunition and a usable weapon before pushing to the top.

Which enemies drop Ocean Tokens?
Oil Workers, Oil Officers and Oil Drillers are the enemies associated with Last Stop Ocean Tokens inside the Oil Rig.
Oil Workers are encountered in the earlier sections. Oil Officers appear as you progress farther into the structure, while Oil Drillers are part of the tougher upper section.
There is not yet a trustworthy published table showing an exact token drop chance for every enemy. That means it would be misleading to claim that one specific enemy always gives a fixed number of tokens.

The exact spin cost, reward odds and any pity counter should not be treated as confirmed unless you can see them in the current game client. Best way to farm Ocean Tokens
The best Last Stop Ocean Tokens farm is a run that is prepared for the Oil Rig before it arrives.
Do not overspend ammunition on weak enemies early in World 1. Keep enough healing and firepower for the new biome, because a failed Oil Rig clear cuts off the part of the run where you can collect the most useful Update 3 rewards.
Once inside the rig, clear methodically rather than rushing to the third floor. Every enemy you skip is one less chance at a token drop. The second and third floors can also produce vault cards from certain enemies, so a full clear can progress more than one Update 3 objective at the same time.

Can you get Ocean Tokens outside the Oil Rig?
At the moment, the documented source for Last Stop Ocean Tokens is the new enemy group inside the Oil Rig. There is not enough verified evidence to tell players that ordinary zombies elsewhere in World 1 can drop them.
That may change if The Hidden Route expands the update or adds another Ocean event, but the safest current farming route is the Oil Rig.
