How to Get President Ozzy Venom Skin in Marvel Rivals starts with Jeff’s Dream Eater, the limited event that turns normal match play into progress towards Venom’s new President Ozzy costume. The important part is that the costume sits on the free side of the event, so you do not need the premium upgrade just to add President Ozzy to Venom’s wardrobe.
The main job is keeping the event moving before it closes on October 15, and How to Get President Ozzy Venom Skin in Marvel Rivals becomes straightforward once that progression loop is clear. NetEase says players earn XP by joining matches, while the event track also contains related bundle content around the costume. That gives regular players a straightforward route to the headline reward without a store purchase.
How to Get President Ozzy Venom Skin in Marvel Rivals for free
Open Marvel Rivals after the September 17 update, enter the Events area and select Jeff’s Dream Eater. From there, play eligible matches and build event XP. The current event presentation uses Dreamcatcher attempts as you level, with rewards pulled from Jeff’s strange dream rather than unlocked through a normal shop page. President Ozzy is part of the free reward path.

The safest approach is to keep spending the attempts the event gives you instead of assuming the costume will simply appear at a fixed account level. Current live-event information indicates that attempts are consumed when a reward is successfully caught, so the progression loop is match XP, event levels and reward catches rather than one single challenge.
How to Get President Ozzy Venom Skin in Marvel Rivals: Do you need to buy the Jeff’s Dream Eater premium upgrade?
No. How to Get President Ozzy Venom Skin in Marvel Rivals does not require the premium version of Jeff’s Dream Eater. NetEase explicitly describes President Ozzy and its related bundle content as free rewards. The premium side is where Rogue’s Slumber Sugah and Jeff the Land Shark’s Shark in Sheep’s Clothing costume sit.
That distinction matters because all three new costumes are promoted together. Buying premium can expand the event track, but it is not the unlock condition for President Ozzy. If Venom is the only reward you care about, concentrate on completing the free progression before the event window ends.
When can you earn President Ozzy?
Jeff’s Dream Eater begins on September 17, 2026 at 09:00 UTC, which is 10:00 a.m. in the UK while British Summer Time is active. The event ends on October 15 at 09:00 UTC. How to Get President Ozzy Venom Skin in Marvel Rivals is therefore a limited-time route even though the costume itself is free.
There is no scheduled downtime attached to the September 17 patch, so the event should become available once your game has the new update and the start time has passed. If the tile is missing, confirm the client is current before treating it as an account problem.
What else comes with the free Venom reward?
NetEase says completing the event can award President Ozzy and related bundle content for free. The official text does not publish every individual free-track item in a simple list, so the live event screen is the best place to check exactly which matching cosmetics remain on your track. How to Get President Ozzy Venom Skin in Marvel Rivals should not require guessing which premium cosmetics are included.
Can you make progress without playing Venom?
Yes. The event messaging ties Dream Eater progress to joining matches and earning event XP, not to completing Venom-specific eliminations or ability challenges. That means you can keep using your normal hero pool while working towards the costume. How to Get President Ozzy Venom Skin in Marvel Rivals is therefore friendly to players who want the cosmetic but do not actually main Venom, and it also lets you overlap the event with Competitive, Quick Match or hero-practice goals you were already planning to complete.
You can check the current event window in the official September 17 patch notes, while the main Marvel Rivals website carries the latest game updates. If you are working through other Season 10 rewards at the same time, the event can be progressed alongside ordinary match play rather than replacing your normal sessions. How to Get President Ozzy Venom Skin in Marvel Rivals stays tied to the same event rules and deadline throughout this run.
