Genshin Impact: Warrior’s Spirit Event Guide

Warrior’s Spirit is a martial arts duel event in Genshin Impact. During this event, you can only play as the Traveler and use Normal Attacks and Parries to defeat your enemies.
This event is quite similar to the Clash of Lone Blades Event in Version 2.6. However, if you don’t have an idea how this event works, we’ll discuss everything that you need to know about the Warrior’s Spirit Event here.
How to unlock the Warrior’s Spirit Event
Below are the prerequisites for unlocking the Warrior’s Spirit Event:
- Reach at least Adventure Rank 30
- Complete Chaper 2 Act 1 Archon Quest – Ritou Escape Plan
Ritou Escape Plan is one of the earliest quests in Inazuma, so if you are already in the archipelago, chances are you have already completed this quest which involves Hiiragi Chisato.
On the other hand, it is highly recommended to complete Raiden Shogun’s Story Quest: “Imperatrix Umbrosa Chapter: Act II” for the best experience during this event. However, if you haven’t yet, you still have the option to participate in the event via the “Quick Start” button on the event page.

How to play Warrior’s Spirit
As mentioned, the Warrior’s Spirit Event has similar mechanics to the previous Clash of Lone Blades Event where you can only play as the Traveler. Additionally, you will not be able to use your Elemental Skill and Elemental Burst.
In this event, you can choose the difficulty of the stage. Unlocking and completing the Pro level will give additional rewards!
Parry instead of using Elemental Skill
The Elemental Skill and Elemental Burst buttons are replaced with the Parry and Honed Technique button, respectively. Apart from using Normal Attacks and Charged Attacks, you can also deal a huge amount of damage by parrying the enemy’s attacks successfully. If you manage to perfectly time your Parry, you will not receive any damage. If it isn’t perfectly timed, the damage you take during this time will be reduced.
Note that dealing a lot of damage by parrying requires timing. Therefore, you need to observe the enemy’s animation carefully and press the Parry button in time for their attacks.
Accumulate Spirit to use Honed Technique
In place of your Elemental Burst, you can use Honed Technique instead. However, while Elemental Bursts require energy, Honed Techniques require you to have enough Spirit. Spirit can be acquired slowly over time, but you can greatly increase its accumulation by successfully parrying enemy attacks.
