Genshin Impact: Who is the voice actor of Hiiragi Chisato?

Hiiragi Chisato is an NPC in Ritou, Inazuma, who despite being the daughter of the head of the Hiiragi Clan, was against the actions of the Kanjou Commission in Ritou. She was also in love with Kujou Kamaji, a man her father did not approve of.
Because of these, she would later attempt to help The Traveler and Paimon leave Ritou to Narukumi Island in exchange for The Traveler delivering a letter for Kamaji.
But as she speaks in every cutscene, didn’t you find Chisato’s voice a little familiar?

Well, you have every reason to find her voice familiar as you have surely heard that voice before even meeting Chisato.
Yup, you did. The artist behind Chisato’s voice is behind the Raiden Shorgun’s, too!
The woman behind these characters’ voices? It’s Filipino-American voice actor Anne Yatco. In fact, she tweeted about the NPC characters in Genshin Impact she voiced for last year, saying:
“I’m SO EXCITED to announce I voice a few NPC’s in @GenshinImpact 2.0! I play Hiiragi Chisato (left), Matsuzaka (top right), Mahiru (bottom right), and a few others. Thanks to MiHoYo, @FormosaInteract and @ChrisFaiella for bringing me on! #GenshinImpact #inazuma”
You read that right. She didn’t just voice one, but three or even more NPCs in Genshin Impact. How cool is that?
According to her website, Yatco went to Marquette University, where she graduated with a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering!
However, Yatco’s heart is for acting and comedy so she next attended the California Institute of the Arts and graduated with an M.F.A. in Acting.
Having the same voice but somehow different personalities for the characters she plays as Anne Yatco’s voice acting is definitely loved by many.

Apart from Genshin Impact, Yatco also was also the voice of Rosalie in I’ve Been Killing Slimes For 300 Years And Maxed Out My Level and Lola Metrose in The Hidden Dungeon Only I Can Enter to name a few.
