Where to get “Staff of Homa”
The Staff of Homa can only be obtained via Wish, specifically by pulling from the Epitome Invocation Weapon Event Wish Banner. This polearm will be featured on the said banner from February 7, 2023, to February 28, 2023. After that, there will be no way of acquiring the weapon unless a banner rerun takes place.

This polearm’s passive skill is called Reckless Cinnabar:
HP increased by 20%. Additionally, provides an ATK Bonus based on 0.8% of the wielder’s Max HP. When the wielder’s HP is less than 50%, this ATK bonus is increased by an additional 1% of Max HP.
For every weapon refinement, the effects of this polearm are increased by:

Recommended Characters
Looking at its relatively high ATK stat and CRIT DMG bonus, Staff of Homa is generally a good option for DPS characters. Its HP bonus is also ideal for HP-scaling polearm users regardless of role. This polearm is the signature weapon of the 5-star Pyro character Hu Tao and is considered her BiS (best-in-slot) weapon.
Hu Tao’s unique playstyle complements this weapon well. Since she is reliant on her max HP for optimal damage, the HP bonus from this polearm’s passive is beneficial for her. On the other hand, Hu Tao has a mechanic that will want you to have her HP below 50% most of the time. This works perfectly with Staff of Homa’s passive ATK bonus.
HP-scaling characters such as the 4-star Hydro character Candace, the 4-star Pyro character Thoma, the 4-star Dendro character Yaoyao, and the 5-star Geo character Zhongli can also take advantage of this polearm’s bonus HP.
With the Staff of Homa, Candace, Thoma, and Zhongli will have their shield strength increased (Note: Candace can only provide a shield for herself). Yaoyao, on the other hand, will have better healing.
As mentioned earlier, this weapon is generally good for DPS characters. While they may not scale with HP, units including the 5-star Anemo character Xiao, the 4-star Pyro character Xiangling, and the 5-star Electro character Cyno can take advantage of Staff of Homa’s ATK and CRIT DMG stats.
