Today, the Genshin Impact Leaks subreddit hosted an AMA (Ask Me Anything) session with the most prominent leakers. The participants were Ubatcha, Sukuna, abc64, Project Celestia, Genshin Intel and Lumie.

While the thread was open, players could directly ask the leakers about anything they wanted, going from personal questions to more specific subjects. While many of those leakers have retired from giving us first-hand information, they still know a lot about the game’s future.

Yes, many people asked about what they knew about the future leaks. And yes (!), we ended up getting more information. On a highlight, we have Sukuna’s leak list, which we already talked about previously.

As a “last gift” before retiring from leaking, Sukuna gave us a list containing both real and fake leaks. And today, he finally revealed which parts were actually true. You can find the complete thread here.

Sukuna’s list on the leakers AMA

While we had a light on many interesting subjects, the main attraction is still the infamous Sukuna’s list. People continuously asked him about which parts were actually true, and he finally spilled the beans.

Here’s a compilation of the confirmed items, as posted by u/PM_ME_YOUR_ROBOTGIRL. Green’s for confirmed items, yellow’s for unconfirmed (but possibly real), and red means fake:

And most of it was undeniably fake. Who would’ve thought? We missed some of the previously made guesses, but we did hit the spot on others.

Let’s hop onto more specific questions made during the leakers AMA.

Character specific leaks

All leaks regarding Gorou and Ayato were completely fake. Itto’s skills were also made up, but recent leak files are real, according to Sukuna. Those files confirm him being a Claymore user, fitting for an Oni. No real information on his vision or model, though.

Yae burst leaks were fake, but Sukuna says that “Yae will be the DPS ceiling for Electro”. That does not mean she’ll necessarily be as strong as Ganyu, but it seems that the foxy girl will be a very meta character.

Scaramouche is not coming so soon, and no information on Dendro characters can be confirmed either. The same can be said for Yunjin, Shenhe and Yelan. Yelan, specifically, may not be the character in the leaked cutscene. We need to wait a little bit more to know.

The Chasm and Dendro

The Chasm leaks were not real, but there’s still the possibility of the region (and the element) coming soon. But if it does, it will more likely be a coincidence.

Liyue Character Skins and future characters

According to Sukuna, the mentioned skins, at least for Keqing and Ningguang, do exist. But none of them will be given for free, which could also be expected. It seems that only characters with real-life figures will receive them, for now.

As a side note, that also makes a Mona skin a possibility in the future. Who knows?

The lineup for characters was not denied during the leakers AMA, but the main talk was about male characters. Ayato, Itto and Gorou are speculated to come soon, right after Thoma, who is halfway here. Maybe we’ll finally have more playable male characters.

In the end, we didn’t get any big new revelations, but some of our old doubts were solved. We may not see that many leaks in the future, but the ride was good while it lasted.
