Genshin Impact 3.1: Nilou Character Demo is out!

The second phase of Genshin Impact Version 3.1 will be live in less than two days. During this phase, the game’s roster of playable characters will be graced by the addition of Nilou, the popular dancer from the Zubayr Theater. With this, HoYoverse released the Nilou Character Demo to the excitement of expecting fans.
If you have already finished at least Act I of the Archon Quest in Sumeru, you must have already met her in-game. In Act II, you should see her captivating performance during the mysterious Sabzeruz Festival.
A day in the life of Nilou was also previously revealed through her character teaser. However, the more recent Nilou Character Demo shows her fighting with style and grace. If you haven’t watched it yet, here’s what it’s about!
Nilou Character Demo
The recently released Nilou Character Demo: Dance of the Delicate Lotus gives fans some insight into the upcoming 5-star Hydro character’s personality and shows the beautiful visuals of her fighting style.
The video starts off with a child asking Nilou to teach her how to dance. To this, Nilou calmly shares how one must first close their eyes and relax their body, then picture an oasis bathed in starlight. She also shares that one must imagine that they are the water, “clear and bright, just like jelly.”

While Nilou‘s use of analogies might be a natural part of her as an artist, it can be recalled that she is devoted to Lesser Lord Kusanali (or Nahida as introduced to the Traveler), who also loves using analogies, as seen during the quests concerning the Sabzeruz Festival.
Later into the Nilou Character Demo, the upcoming character shows how her graceful moves are incorporated into her sword fighting. At the end of the video, Nilou was shown to have lost a ribbon for an upcoming performance while she was practicing in the desert. However, she didn’t panic and simply responded that she’d work something out, giving a glimpse of her calm disposition, which is seemingly fitting for a Hydro character.

This sword-wielding 5-star Hydro character will have her debut banner on October 14, 2022, 6 pm EST.
