Genshin Impact ‘Immernachtreich Apokalypse’ Quest: Walkthrough and Gaze of the Deep Puzzle Guide

Immernachtreich Apokalypse is a quest in Genshin Impact that takes place in the Golden Apple Archipelago during the Summertime Odyssey event. This quest focuses on Fischl‘s lore and takes us to a place fit for the Prinzessin der Verurteilung!

If you’re having a hard time completing Immernachtreich Apokalypse, you’ve come to the right place. In this article, we have outlined the steps for you to complete it, including how you can solve the Gaze of the Deep puzzles, save Leon, and fix the toy castle!

Immernachtreich Apokalypse is broken down into three parts. Check them out below.

‘Immernachtreich Apokalypse’ Part 1: Walkthrough and Puzzle Guide

Step 1: Wait or change the time to “06:00 – 24:00 tomorrow.”

Step 2: Talk to everyone and you will be teleported to Fischl’s domain.

Step 3: Use the Gaze of the Deep and adjust your camera to capture the image below.

Step 4: Cross the newly fixed path until you find another Gaze of the Deep.

Step 5: Use the Gaze of the Deep and adjust your camera to capture the image below. Note that you need to fully zoom the camera in.

Step 6: Go up the stairs and use the elevator to take you back downstairs.

Step 7: Use the Gaze of the Deep again and adjust your camera to capture the image below. Note that you will no longer be able to use the stairs after this.

Step 8: Go up by using the elevator again and cross the newly fixed path.

Step 10: Go to the marked location on your map by crossing the newly fixed path until you find a knight named Leon who needs saving. For more information, check out our How to Save Leon Guide here.

Step 11: Talk to Leon. He will give you a password.

Step 12: Proceed to the locked gate and “Speak Password.”

Step 13: Follow the marked location on your map until you find a Gaze of the Deep.

Step 14: To repair the path to the tower, use the Gaze of the Deep and adjust your camera to capture the image below.

Step 15: Proceed to the marked location until you find a book. Close it to be transported into a room.

Step 16: Leave the room. There will be a cutscene.

‘Immernachtreich Apokalypse’ Part 2: Walkthrough and Puzzle Guide

Step 1: Ride the nearby elevator to reach the area indicated on your map.

Step 2: Open the new book.

Step 3: Look for the Gaze of the Deep in the area and adjust your camera to capture the image below.

Step 4: Go to the marked area on your map by crossing the newly fixed path. You will also find an Echoing Conch on a table.

Step 5: Use the Gaze of the Deep nearby and adjust your camera to capture the image below.

Step 6: Use the nearby device and rotate the tower once.

Step 7: Follow the path until you reach an area with another device that you can use to rotate the tower. Rotate it once.

Step 8: Go down the stairs to find a Gaze of the Deep and adjust your camera to capture the image below. In case you can’t see the tower in the image, chances are you have rotated the devices more than once. If that’s the case, simply go back to the device and rotate the tower until it is positioned in the same manner.

Step 9: Follow the path and climb the newly fixed ladder.

Step 10: Continue following the path until you find the rotation device. Rotate it once.

Step 11: Go to the Gaze of the Deep and adjust your camera to capture the image below. In case you can’t see the tower in the image, chances are you have rotated the devices more than once. If that’s the case, simply go back to the device and rotate the tower until it is positioned in the same manner.

Step 12: Follow the path and climb the newly fixed ladder.

Step 14: Talk to Leon.

Step 15: Proceed to the locked gate and “Speak Password.”

Step 16: Follow the path and close the book. There will be a cutscene here.

‘Immernachtreich Apokalypse’ Part 3: Walkthrough and Puzzle Guide

Step 1: Teleport to the area marked on your map and ride the elevator with some hilichurls nearby.

Step 2: Follow the path to get to the next book.

Step 3: Use the Gaze of the Deep and adjust your camera to capture the image below. Doing so will draw up a bridge.

Step 4: Cross the bridge and head over to the location that’s marked on your map.

Step 5: Look for the missing pieces of the toy castle. Check out where you can find the missing pieces here.

Step 6: Return to the central park. You can simply glide from the area pointed in the image below.

Step 7: Use the Gaze of the Deep in front of the toy castle and adjust your camera to capture the image below. Doing so will make a wind current appear.

Step 8: Ride the wind current and follow the path until you see Leon who needs saving again. Check out our How to Save Leon Guide here.

Step 9: Talk to Leon.

Step 10: Follow the path until you find the book. Close it.

Step 11: Explore the library and defeat all the enemies until you find the stairs.

Step 12: Go up the stairs to find the other Fischl. There will be a cutscene here.
