Resident Evil 4 Remake Standard, Deluxe, and Collector’s Editions compared

The Resident Evil 4 Remake is almost here, with it launching in March 2023, and will take players back to 2005 as Leon Kennedy tries to take down the Los Iluminados cult and save Ashley.
As with most previous Resident Evil games, Capcom has added various editions of Resident Evil 4 Remake that players can purchase, each with their own pre-order bonuses and perks of purchasing.
Here are all of the Resident Evil 4 Remake pre-order bonuses so you can decide which version is best for you.
Resident Evil 4 Remake Standard Edition Pre-Order Bonus
Players who pre-order the Resident Evil 4 Remake Standard Edition will receive two pre-order bonuses, the Gold Attache Case and the Handgun Ammo Charm.
In the original Resident Evil 4, the Attache Case was used to expand the storage capacity of Leon’s inventory. This bonus could possibly allow Leon to carry more items from the start of the game, but Capcom hasn’t confirmed this.
The Charm is similar to what we’ve seen in previous games such as Resident Evil Village, where the Charm hangs off the side of your weapon and is purely for cosmetic purposes. The Red Eagle box is the handgun ammo that you collect throughout the game.
Resident Evil 4 Remake Deluxe and Collectors Edition Pre-Order Bonus
In addition to the Gold Attache Case and Handgun Ammo Charm that you receive for pre-ordering the Standard Edition of Resident Evil 4 Remake, players that pre-order either the Deluxe Edition or Collectors Edition of the game will also receive the Classic Attache Case and Green Herb Charm.

Resident Evil 4 Remake Deluxe Edition Pre-Order Bonus
Deluxe Edition pre-orders will receive:
- Casual costume for Leon and Ashley
- Romantic costume for Leon and Ashley
- Hero costume for Leon, with a Hero Filter
- Villain costume for Leon, with a Hero Filter
- Sentinel Nine weapon
- Skull Shaker weapon
- Treasure Map to unlock additional treasures that can’t be found in the regular game
- Sunglasses accessory
- Soundtrack swap with the original Resident Evil 4 soundtrack
Resident Evil 4 Remake Collectors Edition Pre-Order Bonus
The Resident Evil 4 Remake Collector’s Edition will include:
- Resident Evil 4 Remake game with Steelbook cover
- An undisclosed extra DLC pack
- Digital soundtrack
- Leon Kennedy figure
- Artbook

- Box to store it in
Resident Evil 4 Remake PlayStation Store Exclusive Pre-Order Bonus
Players who pre-order Resident Evil 4 Remake on either the PlayStation 4 or PlayStation 5 will receive an exclusive Mini Soundtrack that won’t be released on PC or Xbox.
