Fortnite Power Hour October 24: UK Times, Finger Guns, Sprites and Bonuses

Fortnite Power Hour October 24 starts at 7 PM BST on Saturday 24 October 2026 and ends at 9 PM. There is another two-hour session overnight, from 1–3 AM GMT on Sunday 25 October. If you’re playing in the UK, watch the time zone: the clocks go back before that second session begins.

Both rounds feature the same Community Sprites bonuses in Battle Royale. Everyone starts a match as one of Freddy’s Animatronics and receives Finger Guns, while Onigiri, X-Ray, Pond, Dumpster Dive and Honey Sprites, including their variants, appear more often. Chests can also drop 1-Up Tokens and Portable Extractors. Nothing in Epic’s announcement promises a free FNAF Outfit or another permanent Locker cosmetic.

The awkward bit is Sunday’s clock change. At 2 AM BST, UK clocks move back to 1 AM GMT. The overnight Fortnite Power Hour October 24 session begins at that exact moment: 1 AM GMT, not the earlier 1 AM BST. Each round lasts two actual hours, with five hours between the first ending and the second beginning.

What happens in the October 24 Power Hour?

The Fortnite Power Hour October 24 effects are temporary match bonuses. Starting as an Animatronic does not put a Freddy, Bonnie, Chica or Foxy Outfit in your Locker. Nor has Epic announced a special quest reward simply for attending the session. Your existing Sprite collection is a separate form of ongoing progress.

Epic confirms higher appearance rates for these Sprites and their variants, but not the odds for each rarity. You might see more of the characters you want, but no particular Gold or Trick or Treat variant is guaranteed. How to find Sprites and keep the ones you need

For Fortnite Power Hour October 24, I’d check the missing forms in your collection before joining a lobby. Once you’re in, look for the normal active Sprite sources, including Cheat Codes and the Fortnitemares Pumpkin Chests. There isn’t an Epic-confirmed route or map location where one of the five is guaranteed to appear.

Check Chests on your route as well. You may find a Portable Extractor, which lets you secure a wanted Sprite away from a fixed Extraction Site. If you find a rare variant, extracting it safely is usually worth more than pushing into another fight for extra loot. The All Sprite Variants Loot Hack can also help with the available Sprite pool, although Epic hasn’t supplied a percentage for how it interacts with the Power Hour boost.

Fortnite Power Hour October 24 Finger Guns and FNAF forms

Finger Guns, yes; permanent FNAF skins, no confirmed reward. Epic says everyone is packing Finger Guns during the sessions and starts matches transformed into one of Freddy’s Animatronics. That’s a special way to begin a match, not an Outfit purchase or unlock. Outside Power Hour, the Finger Guns guide explains the normal Sprite Dust and Loot Hack route.

Epic hasn’t explained whether you can select Freddy, Bonnie, Chica or Foxy when the round begins, or whether the Power Hour transformation uses every rule from ordinary FNAF possession. The Fortnite Power Hour October 24 announcement confirms the starting effect, but those specific mechanics need an in-game check.

Fortnite Power Hour October 24 Chest rewards

Yes, but Epic’s wording is may drop. There is no promise that every Chest contains one, or an official percentage to work from. Opening several accessible Chests gives you more opportunities than checking only one, but you can still find none in a particular match.

The 1-Up Token gives you an extra chance after elimination. A Portable Extractor lets you extract a Sprite without reaching a fixed site. Both are useful in a match; neither is a free Outfit. The Fortnite Power Hour October 24 Chest bonus is available during both scheduled rounds.

Fortnite Power Hour October 24 not working?

First, check which round you’re playing and whether the match started during the event window. The late UK session is 1–3 AM GMT on Sunday; setting an alarm for 1 AM BST would put you an hour early. Next, make sure you’ve chosen an eligible Battle Royale playlist. Epic’s post is for Battle Royale but does not individually confirm Zero Build, Ranked, Reload or creator-made islands.

If Chests aren’t giving you Tokens or Extractors, that can simply be luck. If you don’t start with the promised weapon or Animatronic form during a supported event match, check for an in-game event notice before treating it as a wider problem. No October 24-specific bug has been confirmed in the announcement.

Once Fortnite Power Hour October 24 ends, the temporary starting items, transformations and boosted spawn rates aren’t scheduled to carry into new matches. Any Sprites you’ve successfully extracted remain in your collection.
