Fortnite INVALIDCHEAT Code is one of the three new Admin Panel codes added in the September 3 update, rewarding players with 2 Cheat Code Locators. It is a quick one to redeem and feeds directly into the current Cheat Code progression loop.
What Does the Fortnite INVALIDCHEAT Code Give You?
The code gives 2 Cheat Code Locators when entered successfully.
| Code | Reward |
|---|---|
| INVALIDCHEAT | 2 Cheat Code Locators |
How to Redeem the Fortnite INVALIDCHEAT Code
Enter INVALIDCHEAT into the Fortnite Admin Panel exactly as shown. Once accepted, the two Cheat Code Locators are added to your account.
If you still need the Admin Panel location or want to check every current code, use our Fortnite Admin Panel codes guide.
What Are Cheat Code Locators?
The reward is tied directly to the current Cheat Code system. Cheat Code Locators are progression items used to help track down Cheat Code-related objectives.
That makes INVALIDCHEAT useful if you are actively working through Chapter 7 Season 4 and want to speed up the hunt for Cheat Code content.
Why Is INVALIDCHEAT Not Working?
If INVALIDCHEAT is not working, make sure it has been entered as one word with no spaces. It is much shorter than some of the other Admin Panel codes, so a typo is less likely, but it is still worth checking the spelling.
The second thing to check is whether the code has already been redeemed on the account.
Is INVALIDCHEAT Still Active?
INVALIDCHEAT was added with the September 3 update and is part of the latest Admin Panel code batch.
Other New Fortnite Admin Panel Codes
The code launched alongside YourThoughtsAreMine and ChatWhereDoYouFindTheKey.
YourThoughtsAreMine gives 5,000 Sprite Dust plus the Void Master Geno style, while ChatWhereDoYouFindTheKey gives 2 Extraction Accelerators.
Why Cheat Code Locators Are Worth Claiming
Cheat Code Locators are directly tied to the current progression systems, so claiming two for free saves you from having to earn the same utility elsewhere. That makes INVALIDCHEAT more useful than a throwaway novelty code, particularly if you are still working through the newer Chapter 7 Season 4 objectives.
The Fortnite INVALIDCHEAT Code is also the quickest of the new September codes to type, which makes it an easy one to knock out while you are already at the Admin Panel.
How INVALIDCHEAT Fits With the Other New Codes
The three-code batch covers different parts of the current Fortnite progression loop. INVALIDCHEAT gives Cheat Code Locators, ChatWhereDoYouFindTheKey gives Extraction Accelerators, and YourThoughtsAreMine combines 5,000 Sprite Dust with the Void Master Geno style.
Is the Fortnite INVALIDCHEAT Code Worth Using?
Yes. INVALIDCHEAT is a free reward and takes seconds to redeem once you are at the Admin Panel.
If you are already doing the September code batch, there is no reason to skip it, especially if you are working through Cheat Code progression.
When Should You Use the INVALIDCHEAT Reward?
The best time to use the reward from the Fortnite INVALIDCHEAT Code is while you are actively pushing through Cheat Code-related objectives. Two extra Locators are not a huge stockpile, but they are enough to remove some of the friction from hunting the next objective.
If you are saving resources for later in the season, there is no downside to redeeming the code now and keeping the Locators ready for when you need them.
